Riiiing! the bell rang. I paced out of my dorm and yelled "See ya, hoes—Slam! The rushing students pushed me to the walls as they ran to class. It's always hectic.
"Antonella!" I heard Elliot's voice across the hall. He must've seen me get pushed to the wall. "Ow...." I yelled as I slid down the walls.
Elliott pushed himself through the crowd to grab my waist to pick me up. As he held me by his side, some students pushed us together, causing us to bump each other in the head.
"Hey!" POW! Our clash caused a rainbow to appear.
"Agh.." I rubbed my head.
"Ow.... you okay?" Elliot said, rubbing my bruise.
"Oww!" His touched sent shot of pain.
"I'm sorry!" He smooched my bruise.
"....Hey, look, we made a rainbow." I chuckled.
Vroom! CraaAAACK!
"What was that? Exposives?" I panicked by the sound that blasted the halls.
Timothy ran us towards while sweat dripped from his head. He opened his heavy breathing mouth. "Remember about the Magic kingdom and the Alchemist Dictatorship alliance...? The Alchemist may have launched a bomb at our school!"
Henry appeared, pushing someone and added, "Not only that, but they have the Magicians and the Shifters as an ally. I hope England sends troops!"
I notice people were shouting and running around campus. "A bomb? Why would they attack a school!?!" I cried.
"Probably another terrorist attack. Here, let's go take cover." Elliot said. As we ran to the emergency exit.Screams wailed as we ran towards the younger kids. The piercing sound of a blast caused me to scream. It caused my eardrums to make that beeping sound.
I winced as I felt debris scratching my forehead and cheeks. Blood oozed down my face. I looked through my pockets for bandaids and put two on.
What laid ahead of me, was horrid. Kids laying unconscious with blood on the floor. The school was destroyed and peers screaming and crying in fear!
I caught a glimpse of the confused kindergartens and bolted to them. I carried the kindergartners to safety. I pointed to the bright red lighted sign "EXIT" for the kids that just reached this hallway.
Shivers creeped down my spine.
I shooked as the principal, Mrs. Penelope dashed to the scene.
"Everybody, quick! Run out of the school fire exit! Take as much children to safety! Protect them at all cost!"
I clapped both of my hands together, creating a fire circle. After that attack, I did a quick prayer. "Lord Lord LORD! Oh my- God, protect me. Amen!" Sprinting back, I smiled when I remembered that I have someone much stronger over me. The Lord and his mercy watches over my soul.
While protecting the little ones with my angelic flames, Elliot's was behind the terrorist group. He lurked closer to one of them, unnoticed. His fuming eyes turned red and black. A dark and hellish shadow emerged around him and he raised his arms up, triggering fire to reach from the ground. The Alchemist, was focusing on the naive second graders. They summoned a black metal stick from their hands. The alchemist was about to strike the kids, when kids shouted "Help!" and Elliot inflamed the the alchemist. Despite this attack, one of the alchemist resisted the burns and raised his metal bow against Elliott.
My voice was shaky, "NO! Ellioooot!!" My worry caused me to run toward him. My body couldn't stop from from running to Elliot. My legs ran with all their might and my heart was pounding. My head was in panic. I dashed towards Elliot, it felt like my soul was putting my entire being into saving him. I flung myself into the air, kicking the alchemist, pinning him to the floor.
I was trembling in fear, the alchemist had a face full of unmerciful evil.
"Oh dear, well if it isn't a cute little angel, " he picked himself up," My my, I haven't seen one in a while...."
"Asshole, your gonna rot in hell! Why are they attacking a school?"
"..."
"Antonella.... "
"Don't you DARE even TRY to lay a hand on these children or ANY CHILD. ESPECIALLY HIM!!" I shouted with all my might, sweating. I stood in front of Elliot, my hands were stretched wide to protect him and the second graders.
The group of alchemist rose weapons out of their own hands, and ready to attack me with their blades.
"ANTONELLA, NO!! " Elliot screamed. He pushed me unto himself.
The principal teleported to the scene and blasted the enemies by her powerful wind magic. The children ran outside to the buses.
I stood there watching them to make sure they got on the bus. Until the buses were out of sight. I caught a glimpse of Elliot. I felt his slender arms pulling me into a tight hug. "Hey!" He yelled. My eyes blurred and I felt my counciousness fading.
Before I lost the might to stand, I heard Elliot say, "Hey. What's wrong? Antonella?!" as my body hit the ground.
