It has been a week since the incident with Brennen, and the two boys were finally going back to school.
"You scared Sam?" Colby asked as he and Sam were about to start walking. "Yeah, a bit. I just don't want to get hurt again." The blonde responded.
"Don't worry, Sammy. I'll be here to protect you. I promise." The brunette smiled at the shorter, receiving a smile back, "Thanks Colbs. I really appreciate it."
Sam and Colby walked to school, which only took about 10 minutes since the blonde's house is close to the school. There were a few stares here and there, but they just ignored them.
"Mr. Brock and Mr. Golbach, could you please follow me to the Principal's office?" The two of them heard someone say. They turned around and saw the school's secretary; Mrs. Gutterson.
"Yeah, of course." Colby said. He and Sam exchanged confused glances, then followed Mrs. Gutterson to the office. Once they reached the destination, the brunette went wide-eyed; Brennen, Jake, and Nathan were in the principal's office.
"W-What are th-they doing h-here?" Colby asked, a bit nervous. "Who a-are they?" Sam asked the brunette. He was about to answer the question, but Mrs. Gutterson answered before him.
"These, Mr. Golbach, are the people who made you end up in the hospital and made you lose your some of your memory. They are going to be suspended for a couple of weeks." She said, then told the blonde their names; he was getting a bit scared.
The bell soon rang for first period. Since both Sam and Colby had the same class, they walked together. During the class, the brunette had to help the blonde with a lot of the work since he had lost some of his memory.

"Finally!" Colby smiled once the bell indicating that last period is over rang. Everybody in the class for out of their seats, and left the classroom. Before the two boys left the room, Sam pulled Colby aside and said, "Wanna go to the park? I have to tell you something." The brunette was a bit confused, but agreed.
"How much longer?" Colby whined. They have been walking for ½ and hour, and it was about 45°c out. "Stop being such a big baby. We are almost there; 5 more minutes." Sam chuckled.
They finally made it to the park; there was barely anyone there. The two of them went to a tree, and sat underneath it. "So what did you want to tell me-" Colby started, but got cut off by Sam pressing his lips against his. The kiss lasted for a few seconds, then the blonde pulled away.
"I remember everything that happened between us about a week ago. I just wanted to mess with you." Sam smirked, then placed his lips back on the brunette's. "You're mean." Colby said after they kissed, trying to sound offended.
"If I'm mean then why did you kiss me back?" The blonde raised his one eyebrow and crossed his arms. The brunette responded with, "Because I didn't want you to feel embarrassed."
"Is that so?" Sam said, moving closer to Colby while smirking. "Yes it is." The brunette started smirking back. He then closed the little gap that was left between them, by pressing his lips against the blonde's.
Before the kissing got more intense, they left the park, and started to walk back to Sam's house. Once they returned, they quickly resumed what they had started at the park ((😏😏))
"I love you, Sammy." Colby said, a bit out of breath from what they had just done. "I love you too, Colbs." Sam responded, also a bit out breath.
The two layed in the bed for a few minutes, in silence. Not awkward silence, peaceful silence. They were just enjoying each other's presence.
Sam broke the silence by saying, "Colby. Can I tell you something?" "Yeah sure. What is it?" The brunette was a bit confused.
"I really love you. Even though we've known each other for a bit more than week. I want to be with you for the rest of my life. I feel safe when I'm with you. So. I was wondering. If you will be m-my boyfriend?" The blonde said, not breaking eye-contact with Colby.
"Of course I will be your boyfriend. I love you so much. Never forget that." The brunette said, then kissed Sam softly on the lips. Nothing too extreme. Just a small kiss.
"Let's watch a movie." Sam smiled. Colby giggled a bit at what the blonde said, but agreed. They went onto Netflix, and put on a random movie.
After watching a few movies, the two fell asleep, cuddled up in each other's arms. Not knowing, what was going to happen, when they woke up...
