Kei:
I felt much better the next day, all my classmates seemed so concerned about me. If I was Ren, no one would care. Maybe this is a turning of a new leaf. Misaki gave me a stern look after I had handed out the worksheets that teachers asked me to do while passing her. Sometimes being Ren had its benefits, I quickly changed my thinking.
At lunch time, I had Dojo cleaning. How did I not know about this? It probably started while I fell ill. I carefully looked at the floor. What a dump! Misaki came by with a broomstick in one hand.
"Want me to help?" She smiled as I nodded, we both cleaned the dojo. We were nearly finished, all was left was taking out the rubbish and moping the floor.
"Why don't you take the rubbish out since it is too heavy for me, while I mop the floor?" Misaki offered as I nodded, agreeing to her suggestion.
"So I'll leave it to you!" I smiled as she gave a nervous smile and shut the dojo doors behind me.
"Is she that nervous around me?" I mumbled and made my way to the rubbish bins which were lined up by the back of our school.
--Afterwards--
"Kei, your sure your finished cleaning?" Sosuke asked as I pinched one of his sushi's in his bento box.
"Yeah, Misaki and I did it together, she volunteered to help me." I finished chewing his sushi. Right outside the dojo was our captain and the other members with a unfriendly aura.
"What's wrong?" I asked as the captain punched me in the face.
"What is wrong with you? You made the dojo messier than before, did you not listen properly? All the equipment is in shreds!" I peeked inside the dojo. The neat, tidy dojo I had cleaned was now in ruins. Some of the planks off the wall were broken, windows smashed, wrestling mats torn into pieces. Misaki?
"Wait! This isn't my fault, I-" I began to speak with blood dripping from my chin. The captains fists were stained with blood.
"Than who was it? Your imaginary friend?" The captain asked, cleaning his hands with a wet cloth. I could not say it was Misaki. He would then ask why was she helping me clean? Why did I leave her to it? Lastly, what was proof she did help me?
Misaki...why would you do this? I thought we were friends like before. I gulped and admitted that it was my fault. He told me that I would spend detention for two whole weeks.
--Detention: First Day--
"You can go home now." The Student Council President announced. The two other delinquents who grumbled. The president had blonde hair and was at least 180 centimetres. He wore a white shirt with a red shirt inside. After school, he would unbutton his white shirt.
"Fancy seeing you here." He mentions. I take my bag and sling it across my left shoulder.
"Student Council President." I greet him with a shrug, thinking over what Misaki did.
"Someone framed you didn't they?" He stares at me as he sits on a desk. I nodded, being truthful and made my way towards the hallway. The two delinquents pushed their way through the doorway.
"I heard that your a girl." He whsipers in my ear. My eyes widened, how does he know? Did someone find out and spill it?
"The principle told me. Well, I guess I have something to blackmail you with." He laughed, I reached for his shoulder.
"You better not spill it."I warn him, he leans closer towards my face like he was about to kiss me.
"You just stay a good girl and maybe I will." He left smirking, while his secretary follows up behind him. It was obvious that the secretary liked him. Everyone knew, she had confessed last summed holidays. He rejected her, saying that he liked someone else.
--Detention: (First Week end)--
The president introduced himself as Takao, he would always tease me about how a girl should not be strong and should be more ladylike.
"Hey Kei, let's do something fun." He sat next to me as I packed my things.
"Like what? Rumours about me spread around the school? Something dramatic like that?" I sarcastically ask him as he chuckled.
"No, no. Why don't you go on a date with me tomorrow?" He grinned.
"W-Why? It would be really weird if someone noticed us! Even if I did dress up like a girl...what if Misaki noticed me?" I made-up excuses, he pulls me onto his chair, making me sit on his lap.
"Just trust me, it will be fun. If anyone notices you, I'll say your my cousin from Kyoto or something like that." He breathes onto my neck. What a creep! I struggle to break his 'back-hug'.
"Why should I do something like that? How does it benefit you?" I lay tired, my head leaning on his chest looking up at him.
"Well, for one I know you are a girl." He ruffles my hair. "For me? Well it would entertain me." His arms loosen as I run towards the doorway.
"Dress as a girl for me!" He shouts as I walk towards the exit.
Tomorrow, I'm dating a creep.
