Its me Karma! A big thanks to Flamefox124 for writing the last few chapters and helping write 'Mysterious Moonstones'. I'm back and writing again so go follow Payton (Flamefox124 ) and continue reading!

They all left Master Fu's deep in thought. The superheroes swung off and Sophie headed to Marinette's bakery.

"Is Marinette upstairs?" Sophie asked Mrs.Cheng as she walked through the bakery door.

"I didn't see her come in." She replied as she took a batch of cookies out of the oven.

"Would you like some? She asked."

"Sure, thank you!" Sophie replied. She took one for myself, one for Marinette, and two for tiki.

Marinette had no doubt swing through her window by now.

Marinette was upstairs in an awkward position confirming Sophie's suspicions. She was most likely sitting odd due too the fact she was trying to hide something. Probably tiki.

Marinette relaxed a bit when Sophie sat on the air mattress arranged for her on the floor.

Sophie could feel Marinette's eyes on her hungry for answers.

"I'm not stupid." Sophie said

Marinette was caught off guard.

"What do ya mean? Stupid? Noooo not you. Why did you say that? Am I staring? I'm not staring. I'm—"

"Calm down" The blonde girl suggested, cutting off Marinetres rambling.
"I brought you a cookie."

She snatched the cookie out of Sophie's hand and started sneaking it behind her back.

"There will be no need for that. I got some for your kwami too."

Marinette was so shocked she couldn't speak.
Tikki on the other hand, launched out from behind Marinette and gobbled down the cookies.

"How-how do you?" She started

"I'd say it has something to do with photographic memory." Sophie said trying not to rub it in that elves were a heck of a lot smarter than humans. Even if that was the real reason.

"So...", she started awkwardly.

"What kind of kwami was that? I've never seen or heard of an animal quite like it."

"I believe she's a moonlark."

"What's a moonlark?"

Sophie explained the animal sanctuary and how no animals were actually extinct. She told her all about her relation to the moonlark and what they called project moonlark. She had already told Ladybug about the genetic modification thing, so Marinette wasn't having a big freak show over it.

"Can-can I see her?" Marinette asked with hesitation

I guess, Sophie replied.

Luna came out from her hiding place in Sophie's dress pocket.

Yes her dress had pockets. Hidden pockets. Lots of them. And her leggings. Even her shoes. 37 of them in all.

"Hi I'm Luna!"

It was a bit awkward all both of them considering Sophie hadn't really talked to Luna yet, Marinette had only ever met play before, and tikki had never met Luna before even though the two were both kwami's. Most kwamis were thousands of years old so no one had met a brand new one before.

"Hi Luna." Sophie said.

Silence.

Awkward awkward silence.

"Sooooooo... how exactly did I make you?" Sophie asked finally breaking the tension.

"Well, when a mommy kwami meets a daddy kwami..." Luna started

"Stop stop I mean really, how did I actually make you?" Luna seemed to have a sense of humor.

"Well, when your knotted emotion hit the evil akuma, they combined both merging the akuma and purifying it at the same time. Your true emotions were so pure that your pure will mixed with it all to create a miraculous. In other words, when an elf is in need of an extra power boost, as long as their intentions are purely selfless and they have the help of another miraculous, a miraculous is created."

That was a lot of information to process.

"So... how do I transform?"

"Just say, Luna, feather out!"

"Okay umm should I transform now?" She asked looking at Marinette.

"Are you kidding?"

Sophie felt embarrassed being scolded by Ladybug

"Of course!"

She let out a breath of relief.

"Luna, feather out!"

She transformed, her clothes turning into a suit mad of a material she had never felt before. It was like spandex, but comfy.

Her mask was sapphire blue with sharp edges.
Her suit was an off white base color. She had a small skirt, made of what looked to be moonlark feathers, trailing lower in the back like a tail. There were black, winglike feathers on her arms, some connected to her torso like wings. There was a large streak of black down the middle of her suit, and there were two distinct sapphire blue shapes on her back like a moonlark. Her weapon was the long moonlark comb down the center of her head. She took it off and discovered it was almost like a whip, or an extra strong rope.

"Wow" Marinette said in awe

"This feels pretty awesome! Sophie said admiring her new look.

"What's your superhero name?" The young designer asked her curious as to what she had chosen.

"Ummmm I'm not sure" Sophie hadn't really thought about it much.

"How about, Lunar eclipse?"

"I don't know that's a bit metaphorical."

"Lunar eclipse" she said trying to see how the name felt.

Everything went black.
