Miraculously Still Alive

No Dip Sherlock!

     This is a disaster. Sophie thought. Ladybug and Cat Noir were captured and Quadralove had escaped to who knows where. (Sophie had tried to follow her but lost her somewhere around Champs-Elysées.)

Sophie had heard about Marinette, Adrien, Kagami, and Luka's love square. It was literally all the school talked about. The only people who seemed oblivious were the people in the love square themselves. Sophie had no idea how they didn't know they were in a love square. it was so obvious!

She tried to think where she might find Luka or Kagami but she didn't know much about them. Besides what was the point? Ladybug was the only one who could capture an Akuma!
"Are you ok Sophie?" Biana asked. Sophie glanced back at Biana's worried face and sighed.
"Yeah. I'm good, but I have no idea how we're gonna save the day."
"That's ok. Let's regroup and see if anybody has an idea"

Sophie looked in the direction that Quadralove had gone and sighed. Maybe Biana had the right idea.
"Ok. Let's go."

"And so then Biana suggested we come to you." Sophie finished. She and Biana had called everybody to Marinette's house and she'd just got everybody caught up on the recent events.
"So... what do we do?" Dex asked. Sophie sighed.

"I don't know. We were hoping you guys had an idea."
"Well, I think we should attack Quadralove!"
"And then what Fitz?"
"Yeah. We can't capture the Akuma without Ladybug."
"Then what do you think we should do Biana?"

Sophie didn't hear much after that, she just zoned out and mulled things over in her head. She looked up at her friends, they were all arguing. Sophie slipped out of the room and went up to Marinette's room, then on the roof.

Sophie sat down on a chair and stared at the sun. She was so focused that she didn't even notice that Keefe was there until he spoke.
"Did you come out here to think?"
Sophie shrieked in surprise and fell off the chair. Keefe laughed. then held out his hand to help her up. Sophie blushed and took his hand.
"So did you?" Keefe asked again. Sophie nodded and turned back to the setting sun.
"Yeah. I did. The sunset's beautiful."
"Yeah, it is." Keefe agreed not looking away from Sophie. Sophie sighed.
"How am I supposed to save the world? I'm just a clumsy failure!" She exclaimed.
"You are not a clumsy failure. Sure you are a little clumsy, but you're definitely not a failure. You're actually amazing. And you are totally capable of saving the world, You've done it before! When are you gonna realize that, Foster?"

Sophie blushed and looked at the floor. She looked back up at Keefe, who was smiling.
"Keefe, i- Look out!"
Keefe looked confused. He turned around.
"Wha-" And then he disappeared. And in his place stood Quadralove. Sophie jumped out of her seat and ran to the trap door. She yanked it open got in as fast as she could. Then she slammed it shut and started running down the stairs. Flight after flight of stairs Sophie ran. Quadralove laughing behind her.

She burst into the shop, where she'd left her friends. "Run!" She yelled and then started pushing everybody out the door. Everybody looked extremely confused but they all ran out. Sophie ran, barley avoiding being run over by a car. She glanced behind her, just in time to see Fitz disappear.

Sophie looked back ahead, horrified by what she'd just seen. She had to think of a plan. She got on top of a roof and started jumping buildings. Her thoughts even faster than her. Quadralove must've gotten Luka and Kagami. And now she's after us. Not us, me.
Sophie jumped from building to building. Searching for something, anything, that could help her.

Sophie sat on a roof staring at nothing. She'd stopped jumping buildings a couple of minutes ago.

"Are you ok?" Biana asked. Sophie didn't even flinch. She glanced at Biana.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just wish..." Sophie didn't finish. Biana looked at Sophie.
"There was nothing you could have done, you know that right?" Biana asked.
"Yeah, I know. but still, I just wish I wasn't so-"
"Don't you dare finish that sentence!" Biana cut Sophie off. Sophie glanced at Biana, shocked at her outburst. "Sophie, nobody could have stopped her you know that right? She surprised us, we weren't ready. But now we've got to stop her. She's already got Fitz and Dex. She's probably searching for you right now. We have to move."

Sophie sighed. Biana was right. She had to save the day and get her friends back!
"Ok," Sophie said standing up. "Let's do it."

Sophie glanced at the Eiffel Tower. Quadralove had attacked the news station and told the camera, with joy that there would be no more love squares, cause she would capture
everybody. Then she'd gone to the Eiffel Tower for some reason. Biana and Sophie had formed a plan, and phase one was about to be put in action.

Sophie climbed the Eiffel Tower. After she located Quardalove, she jumped out into the open and tried to grab Quardalove's book. Quardalove spun around.

"Ha! You thought you surprise me? Well. You thought wrong!" Quadralove shrieked. Opening her book and thrusting it in Sophie's face. Sophie dodged it and grabbed Quadralove's arm holding it firmly in position. Quadralove struggled to get out of Sophie's grip. Then she laughed.

"You think this will hold me?! I will get out eventually! And then you'll be just another person in my book!"
Sophie smiled.
"No, I don't think I will."
Quardralove's brow furrowed.
"Biana, now!" Sophie yelled.
Biana appeared out of and grabbed the book right out of Quadralove's hands. Then she started flipping through the pages, looking for the right one. Biana got to Ladybug's page. Prayed, Then ripped it out.

Ladybug appeared, looking confused. Biana smiled and watched the purple hawk moth, that had appeared at the same time as Ladybug.

"Would you care to do the honors Ladybug?" Sophie asked, looking at the butterfly.
Ladybug shook her head and glanced at the butterfly. A look of understanding appeared on her face. She smiled.
"My pleasure. Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug captured the Akuma. Then she threw her lucky charm up, yelling "Miraculous Ladybug!!" Quardralove shrieked. "Nooooooooo!!!"
Suddenly Chat Noir, Keefe, Fitz, Dex, and a couple of other people appeared on top of each other. Ladybug helped the girl who used to be Quadralove up.
"Love squares are annoying, am I right?" Ladybug asked with a pitying look on her face. The girl looked shocked.
"Um... y-yeah. They ar-re" The girl said, still staring at Ladybug in disbelief. Ladybug's earrings beeped.
"Oops! Time to go!" She walked over to Sophie. "Pound it!"
"Hey! Wait. What was your Lucky Charm?" Sophie asked. Ladybug smiled.
"A Moonlark."
Ladybug swung away with her yo-yo. Sophie smiled and went over to Keefe to help him up. "You were right. I could save the day." Keefe looked at her.
"Well, no dip Sherlock!" Keefe said. Sophie laughed.

"So. um. What happened?" Everybody laughed at Dex's confusion. Dex glanced at Fitz, the only one not laughing. "Seriously! What happened?" as Biana explained what happened, Sophie looked for somewhere to de-transform. She was about to go and de-transform in the bathroom when Alya came. She had her camera pointed right at Sophie.
"Hello, new superhero! I'm Alya Cesaire and this is the Ladyblog! Anything you'd like to say? What- what should we call you?"
Sophie looked at Alya.
"You can call me the Moonlark" And then she jumped away.
