chapter 7

~ is it real love~

My parents had arrived back on Sunday morning and once again I knew I'd have to break the news luckily I was already prepared.

I made my way  down the staircase with Ryan our hands intertwined  .So we took a seat .

I took a deep breath, “Mom ,dad ,I have to tell you something and I know you might be in shock or a little disappointed but I'd rather have you know and here your opinion,mom ,dad I'm pregnant.”

My mom and dad ,were quiet besides each other ,and I was starting to get nervous by the silence , Ryan squeezed my hand for reassurance.My dad took a heavy sigh and turned to my mom and they both nodded their heads and looked towards me and Ryan.

“Does Ryan's mom know?”

We shake our head in unison, “Yes she does.”

My dad nods his head, “Okay good. Your mom and I knew you would one day do the deed and get a little carried away ,and as a parent it's a very scary thing , your mom and I are a little disappointed ,but you are our daughter and we love you ,we want  you too know that we support you and Ryan with your decisions .”

My dad took a look at Ryan and sighed once again.

“Ryan  ,you are the father of this baby in my daughter's stomach ,but I have to ask this as a father's duty do you really love my daughter?”

Ryan looks at me thoughtful and turns back to my dad,“Yes sir ,I love her and I'd do anything for her and this baby,I'm not going to be a  dickhead of a father like mine was and I'm mostly certainly not going to leave  Julia to raise this baby by herself .”

My dad took a breath in,and stated “ good” .

My mom and dad insisted that I went to the doctor to check up on the baby ,my parents were busy today at work and Ryan was at school finishes his last day of school, so  Elly went with me to  my appointment .we sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and finally my name was called,“ Miss Nicholson?” We got up and the doctor led both Elly and I into the room .I laid into the chair ,and the lady placed   this cold gel over my stomach. And she stated “ You have  a lovely set of twins.” When she said that my eyes went wide ,and Elly besides me was so excited .

“And  they're both girls ,they seem to be in good shape and everything seems to be good .”

The nurse made us wait for a while so that she could get us the pictures of the x-ray ,and then we were in our way to pick up Ryan since his car was in for a check up .

Elly sighs deeply next to me “Ryan's going to be so thrilled thus calls for a celebration deary!” I look ovul at Elly and raise my eyebrow curiously, “It does?” She let's out a heart laugh, “Ofcourse it does!”

We made our way to the school Elly waited outside of the car for Ryan,Elly and Ryan both jumped into the car .

“Babe !I got your report card for you .” I look at him atd blow a kiss to show appreciation, “Thanks but we have some news about this right here.” I point to my belly,ryat looks how at my belly and tenses up, “Is something wrong?”

I grin up at him excitedly, “Nope,were having twins!” Once I stated this Ryan's face pulled up into a huge smile .Elly looks over at us and laughs, “And they're girls!”

Ryan grin goes wider and he chuckles.
“Yes !!two little girls who are going to favour me more than there mother .”

I roll my eyes at him, “Haha, very funny.”

When we got home we told my parents the good news and they were so excited about it  .So we prepared a nice dinner for supper .

The next morning was my baby shower ,I know right when you have two mom's in a house soon to be a grandmother  they get to work fast .

I got dressed and was excited to get this day done and over with ,I know many people get excited for this shit but today my feet were swollen and I felt like a hippo walking in ice ,so I wasn't in much of a mood for people.i made my way down to the living room to greet all the guests each of them hugged me so tight like they were going to loose me and said congratulations.

They made their way too the backyard where my dad was grilling some burger patties and sausages since I don't eat burger  patties.It was time for the gender reveal which both moms were over the moon for .

So mom's being ,mom's grabbed the little gift bag to everyone and as everyone opened it the saw pink two pink babies.

So before our mom's could say anymore Ryan and I spoke “ were having twin girls ” .

Everyone was so excited .

As soon as the party was over I went to go change and put my feet up ,I was so relieved that it was done with,I was just so not into  today .
