"Serene, I don't know what to do anymore. Your upcoming projects are being halted." nanggagalaitit na sigaw ng aking manager.

I rolled my eyes because of irritation.

" May idadagdag ka pa ba ngayon buwan na ito? I asked you to behave and yet you caused two big scandals in the span of 1 month." dagdag pa nito.

Halata sa kanyang mukha ang galit at pagkadismaya. Well, I can't blame her tho dahil siguro baka nadagdagan na naman mga bashers ko at baka halos lahat ng upcoming projects ko ay icancel na.

Nakapamaywang ito habang nakaharap sa akin. Walang gana akong tumingin sa kanya.

"Why do you have to involve yourself with that loveteam? Aalam mo naman na baliw ang mga fans niyan" sabi niya matapos ang ilang minutong pananahimik. She was now calmer.

" When did kissing a single man became a sin? He's a single man and I'm a single woman too. And about that slap, she slapped me first ofcourse gaganti ako." I tried to defend myself.

I hate how everyone is pointing the blame at me. I hate how everyone is hating on me when they don't even know the whole story.

Napahilamos sa mukha si Tita Manda dahil sa frustration. Bumalik na naman ang kanyang galit. Kung mas galit pa siya kanina ay dumoble ata ngayon.

"Serene, sa mata ng lahat magjowa ang dalawang iyon. Nasa showbiz ka kaya sana naisip mo ang mga consequences ng mga ginagawa mo. That video clip makes you the kontrabida here. "

Mas lalo akong nairita. I hate explaining myself. Once is enough. Kung ayaw nilang maniwala, eh di huwag.

"The fans will eventually forget that it's not a big deal." I said trying to calm her.

People may hate me pero marami din namang nagmamahal sa akin. They won't turn their back on me just because of that incident.

Namaywang si Tita.

"Really, they are the biggest loveteam in the country, and right now you're the most hated actress."

Napairap ulit ako. Ilang beses na ba akong umirap ngayong araw.

"Common Tita, marami na akong nalampasang scandal." kalmado kong sabi. Kampante naman akong malalampasan ko ito. I've been involved in numerous scandals and look I'm still alive in showbiz. Still the most paid and famous one. Eh kung drunk driving scandal nga nalusotan ko ito pa kaya.

" Hindi mo naiintindihan Serene. There's a video and the management is so done cleaning up your name and mess."

I chuckled. Really? I crossed my arms in my chest.

"Alam mong hindi nila magagawa iyon sa akin. Kung wala ako, matagal ng lubog itong kompanyang ito. Besides, ako ang pinakasikat na actress at modelo sa bansa." I said confidently.

But Tita sighed.

"All of your ongoing and upcoming projects were halted. Ang management na mismo ang nagutos. They asked you to take a break for a year."

"What?" sigaw ko. Sila ang nag-utos?

Inis akong tumayo. I understand if some of my projects were stopped but all of my projects? NO! and me taking a break? That's not on my bucket list. At sila pa talaga ang nag-utos?

"They can't do that to me. Kakausapin ko ang presidente." inis kong deklara. I headed to my room to grab my purse and car key.

"Hindi ka aalis. Madaming reporters sa baba." harang sa akin ni Tita.

Hindi ko siya pinansin at dumiretsyo sa pintuan. I don't care about those fucking reporters.

"For once Serene. Listen to me." galit na sigaw ni Tita.
