You and hayes have been best friends for almost 2 years now and you feel like your friendship with Hayes was falling apart because of his girlfriend Ellie who used to be your best girl friend but now she's jealous of you because she thinks your gonna steal her man away. (mhmmmmmm)

You text Hayes all day and you see he reads them but never replies. One day at school ellie comes up to you,

Ellie: listen you little bitch Hayes couldn't stop talking about you yesterday and I can't have him leave me so you better stop being so perfect you little whore

You: thanks for callin me perfect but honestly I haven't talked to Hayes in weeks so?

You weren't scared of Ellie but you did follow her instruction because she new a secret not even Hayes knew, it happened a few years back, you were with Ellie and your friend Ashely, you guys were playing your favourite game triple dog which you guys bet a bunch of good stuff and you guys dare eachother and if you don't do your dare you have to get your head shaved. anyways you guys were having a little competition who could come up with the best dare and you were determined to win so you dared your friend Ashely to jump off the bridge a few blocks from your house into the river thinking you'd get to watch her get her head shaved but no, she ran to the bridge you and Ellie following her watching her already on the edge when you approach the bridge Before you could yell "stop" she was off into the river dead. You were kicked out of your school and brought to the new school where you met Hayes.

Ellie: listen brat we still have a deal if you don't listen to me I push you off and end your life just like you ended Ashely's.

You: I know what do you want me to do

Ellie: give Hayes this note in class and ill be happy

Your stare at the not in shock reading it

Note: Hayes we can't be Friends anymore I honestly always hated you and I was only friends with you so I could get in good with your friends they're soooo hot but your the ugly one and I never liked you.

Ellie: fine bridge at 5:30 tonight make sure to say goodbye to everyone

You: ok

You arrive at the bridge and you see Ellie with your little setup already put together in the spot she ends your life you stand in the ledge and you felt her hand on your back

Ellie: 1...2...3

And you feel her push you off

I was sitting in the edge when I see 2 girls on the bridge one was kinda pretty with bleach blond hair and brown highlights and I realize it's Ellie and she's with a gorgeous girl with dirty blond hair with hints of brown in it wearing as hoodie like the one I got custume made for (Y/N) a year after we met, then I realized it was (Y/N).

Ellie rested her hand on (Y/N)'s back and counted to 3 yelling and pushed (Y/N) off the bridge!! Why the hell would she do that?? I quickly pulled my sweat shirt off so she could warm up in it if I found her and jumped in and pulled (Y/N) out after feeling in the water for her for a few seconds

You feel yourself hit the water and you get stuck in between to rocks and cant pull your foot out you feel 2 hands grab you hand and tug you foot out from the Rocks and out of the water you see Hayes sittin there.

You hug him crying into his chest and he takes off your soaking hoodie which left you in a sports bra but you guys were best friends so he saw you like that before, he quickly threw his hoodie over your head on you to make you warmer. Ellie came walking down onto the shore where you guys were.

Hayes: what the fucking hell Ellie why would you push her off

Ellie: because she broke the deal and that was her consequence

Hayes: why

Ellie explained the whole story to Hayes making you cry more because you thought he was gonna be disgusted by you

Hayes: it was an accident she never meant for her to get hurt she didn't push her off it was Ashely's choice to do the dare so you can't blame (Y/N) we r over Ellie your such a bitch

Ellie stomped off angry before yelling " I JUST WANTED YOU TO GET TO JON"

You and Hayes walked home to his house he called your mom saying you were staying the night which she was of course ok with

Hayes: why didn't you do what Ellie told you to do

You: because she wanted me to ruin our friendship and I can't live with out you so I couldn't do that

Hayes: I can't live without you either and if you died I would probably kill myself just to be with my best friend

You: I love you Hayes

You stare at Hayes in the eyes leaning in as he does the same your lips meet and the second you felt the soft lips hit yours you felt fireworks, explosions, butterflies anything possible go off inside of you, it was true love

Hayes: I love you too (Y/N)
