I heard in the news that the maniax nearly blew up a bus full of cheerleaders, then shot up the GCPD and killed the captain I should probably visit Jim to see if he's okay after everything

As I was about leave I got a call off victor asking me out to a children's hospital event, I didn't really think victor would be a fan of charity but I agreed since I like spending time with him and he would probably just show up at my apartment if I said no.

I heard a knock on my door victor was there when I opened it and handed my a single red rose one of my favourite flowers "why aren't you a gentleman" I said taking the rose from him and putting it on the cabinet "anything for you" he winked which made me roll my eyes what a cliche "well we best be going don't want to be late" I said then we walked down to his car and listened to disco songs

I walked in the event side by side with victor getting stares of confusion and fear I'm guessing it's because they know his reputation victor then went to get us a drink

I spotted who I thought was Bruce Wayne so I went up to him and introduced myself "Hello my name is Isabel mikaelson" "Bruce Wayne and this is my butler Alfred Pennyworth" he said giving me a handshake "I've heard about you from Jim he's a good friend of mine we go way back" I smiled "oh really a friend of Jim's is always a friend of mine" "well I must be finding my date I think the show is about to begin" I said before making my way back to victors side he then give me my drink and made some small talk

We watched as Jim's girlfriend gave her speech and welcome a magician on the stage and I instantly knew who it was even with that ridiculous beard and mask "that's Jerome Valeska" I whispered to victor "the freak that killed all those cops? How do you know" He asked "we've crossed paths a couple times" I said looking into his eyes which I think held jealousy "is someone jealous" I teased smiling at him "I will kill him you know" he said seriously making me laugh "don't be dramatic"

Next thing you know we got guns blazing and victor pulling me close protectively though if a bullet did hit me I wouldn't die but it was nice being close to him as I was about to get us out of there I heard Jerome yell "Isabella... come on up here, or else I'll have to kill everybody here and you don't want that do you?" He mocked and I narrowed my eyes at him then looked at victor who looked more confused than ever I walked up the stage and they tied me up to a chair Jerome got close to me and whispered in my ear "did you think you could get away from me that easy kitten? I can't wait to have you all to myself" I smirked at him knowing he could never just have me I had to be earned "you talk a big game for a ginger" I mocked he didn't say anything just turned around and somehow got Bruce out of hiding and up on the stage a lot was going on Jim and Alfred killed the people who were shooting in the first place and Theo galavan got knocked out by Barbara but then something really unexpectedly happened Theo got up and stabbed Jerome in the neck and told him he was sorry "you said I was going be" and those were the last words Jerome spoke, for now at least.

Jim untied me and lee and I left to find victor who took me back to my apartment "so that was an eventful night" he said breaking the silence "sure was" I couldn't quite believe Jerome was dead it was like I could see that he was going do much more but he couldn't now that's he's dead "how did Jerome know you?" Victor asked "I was there before they sent him to Arkham he told me about killing his mother" "did you visit him?" I could tell he was jealous which made a smirk appear on my lips once again "no I had my eyes on someone else" I said looking at him yes I was reluctant at first to feel for victor mainly because of my family but they're not here and what they don't know won't hurt them so I decided to give it a go, he just smiled at me and walked me up the stairs before he could go I grabbed his arm and pulled him into me he was shocked but soon recovered slipping his tongue into my mouth we fought for dominance but he won which never really happened before I moaned into the kiss but he pulled away "lool Isabel, I really like you but for us to go further I need to know more about you" he said leaning his forehead on mine "I understand and you will I want to give us a try maybe we can meet up tomorrow?" I asked "of course" he then kissed my forehead and left

I thought about how easily me and becca always caught feeling wayyy to fast for boys only to have them killed the next day from our brothers. It was always me and kol but when he was daggered it took a while for me to forgive klaus but I didn't want to be daggered either so I traveled around with klaus and Rebecca sometimes Elijah if he wasn't in a coffin then again I was the only sibling to get along with Finn even after he tried kill us all I stood up for him I always wanted my family to get along and stand by each other without trying rip apart each other maybe one day it will work out
