"Are we good?"

I was watching them talking to each other and laughing at my reaction. I was shocked, of course. I only said that to make Frio stop, but I wasn't expecting Seith here!

"Umamin pa nga," he chuckled. Frio tapped Seith's shoulder before leaving us two.

Kung pwede lang magpalamon sa lupa, pinagawa ko na ngayon!

"I only said that to make Frio stop. 'Wag kung ano-ano iniisip mo diyan," I said, avoiding his stare. He laughed out loud, "Hindi ko naman tinatanong. Napaghahalataan ka." he said.

I rolled my eyes and pretend that nothing happens. Although I can still see how Seith was trying to remain calm.

"Would you stop? You're so annoying," I said. Hindi niya na napigilan 'yung sarili niya at napalakas na lang ang pagtawa niya. I rolled my eyes, again, and left him laughing there.

He was wearing a navy blue suit and his hair was pushed back too but some strands fell. He was holding a champagne on the other hand.

"What took you so long?" mom whispered when I sat beside her.

"Nothing." I roamed my eyes and stopped when I saw Frio looking at me, smirking.

We left there after some talks. I took a shower and did my skincare before putting on my jammies. I scrolled through my social media accounts out of boredom.

I stopped and thought of something. I searched his name on Facebook and IG. His Facebook is private, though, kaya hindi ko mas-stalk.

It was private rin kaya hindi ko na-stalk. I stopped when my phone vibrated. Napangiwi ako nang bumagsak 'yung cellphone ko sa mukha ko.

Ah, shit.

I softly tapped my face, "Sleep. Sleep, Stella, sleep!" I said and closed my phone. I dozed myself to sleep kahit hindi pa naman ako inaantok.

I woke up early and planned to jog around our subdivision. Some of our neighbors greet me because my tito owns this subdivision.

I went home and took a shower before eating breakfast. I just had salad for my diet. I went upstairs again to change clothes. I wore a black-stringed tube and high waist mom jeans.

"Mom, I'm going to Jania's condo," I informed mom before leaving the house. Gusto kong magpalamig ng ulo. What happened last night was like a nightmare to me. It keeps on bugging the shit out of me.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" bungad niya. I gave her a cute smile at dire-diretsong pumasok sa kwarto niya. I was surprised it was neat, hindi naman kasi marunong mag-linis si Jania.

I raised a brow but ignored it. She was holding a cup of coffee and sat beside me. Kwinento ko 'yung nangyari kagabi. It made me, somehow, calm n'ung kwinento ko kay Ja.

"Gaga! Bakit mo kasi sinabing oo?" she hit my arm.

"E kasi, kukulitin lang ako ni Frio! You know I hate him right?" I asked her.

She let out a heavy sigh, "Kapag 'yan, nagkatotoo-" I cut her off.

I stood up, hands on my waist, "Hell no! No! I'd rather die than falling in love with that shitty man!"

Narinig niya ba sinabi niya? Ako? Magkakagusto sa lalaking 'yon? Ugh, managinip na lang siya!

"Galit na galit gustong manakit? Kapag nga lang, e! OA ka," she chuckled.

She raised a brow when she caught me staring at her. I know, I already said that I'll wait for her to make kwento but I'm itching to know about it. I can't help myself, I'm very much curious.

"What?" she asked, laughing.

"Are there.. something.. you know.." I couldn't find the right words.

"Ano 'yun?" she asked again, getting curious now.

Umayos ako ng upo at humarap sakaniya. I held her hands, "What.. what's happening? Between you and-" she cut me off.

"Trev?" tuloy niya.

Yumuko ako at tumango. Napatingin ako sakaniya when she started chuckling, but pain was very obvious in her eyes. She was trying to hide something by covering it with her smile.

"We.. hindi ko din alam e." she chuckled, playing her fingers.

I stared at her, waiting for her next words.

"Naalala mo n'ung sinundo mo ako sa club sa BGC? I was with him.. you know, flirting," tawa niya.

"I was very attracted to him. Well, obvious naman. Kahit sulyapan ka lang niya ng isang segundo, mahuhulog na panty mo." she continued.

I laughed. I admit it too, Trevor has looks. Kahit pa n'ung una ko siyang nakita sa condo ni Ady.

"We were talking about ourselves. I was getting comfortable, I don't even know why. Alam mo namang may trust issues ako pero.. ba't parang ang dali lang bumigay kapag sakaniya?"

"And suddenly, someone called him. I saw the caller's ID, it was Deanna, I think? Then ayun, nag-panic si Trev. He looked.. worried." she continued.

"He called me n'ung dinala ako ng helpers niyo sa guest room. I was a bit sober since tita gave me medicines."

"He was explaining. Mag-isa daw kasing umiinom 'yung Deanna na 'yon. Tapos.. nainis ako. Iwanan ba naman ako d'on.. just for that girl. Pero sino ba naman ako para mag-selos? Wala namang kami. We just made out, yes, pero.. wala." she shook her head.

I was staring at her, imagining everything that happened that night. Kaya siguro gan'on na lang siya kalasing.

"Mahirap naman talagang mag-selos kapag walang label," I said.

She looked at me, "Maybe.. you felt attached easily, huh?" I smiled. Tumango siya at tumawa ng mahina.

"Well, that's life. Someone will make you feel comfortable to them then leave you for others." I continued.

Dahan-dahan siyang ngumiti at yinakap ako, "I know we both hate this.. but pagbigyan mo na 'ko." she chuckled.

I hugged her back, "It's fine. Everything will," I said as I hear her crying.

Umalis ako sa condo niya around 7 PM since nag-movie marathon pa kami. Dumaan ako sa 7/11 and bought canned beers for myself. I'm planning to stay in my condo for a while to drink.

I went straight to the counter and surprised when someone placed two gatorades on the counter. Lumingon ako at mas lalong nagulat n'ung makita ko si Seith na nakangiti.

"Masamang uminom mag-isa." he said.

I paid for his gatorades. Libre ko na rin 'to since mura lang 'yung fishball na linibre ko sakaniya.

"Saan ka?" he asked. He took the plastics out of my hand at sumabay na naglakad palabas ng store.

"Condo ko," I answered, getting awkward now.

I took the plastics out of his hand but stopped. He looked curious nang lumingon ako sakaniya.

"Are you free?"
