Christmas Special {Rin x Reader}

|| Ok, so since you guys really loved my first Rin X Reader I've decided to do another as a Christmas present from me to you! Merry Christmas everyone! ||

" Tis' the season to be jolly, La la la la la, La la la la"

The burgundy red haired boy sung subconsciously as he heavily skipped to the kitchen, while being in the motion of holding a silver platter dish.

His stereotypical Santa hat bobbed along with him as he merrily did his errands; something you'd only see on christmas. The grin on his face ( which probably only showed up about twice a year ) was wide, his signature toothy smile seeping in.

'Rin, Calm down! Ya Gonna drop [Mum's Name]'s Plate! ' Your Dad scolded the boy but his temper didn't last long.

Rin carefully placed the item down on the kitchen counter before he himself jumped on and sat next to the plate, swinging his legs giddily. He grinned at your Dad cheekily, too ecstatic for him to be swayed at the fact he got a telling off.

"Sozzey, Old Maaaan'

Your father sighed at Rin's behavior but he didn't take it to heart. Infact, he was glad Rin was acting like this. Normally, his facial expressions said it all and you wouldn't even question his mood, but today he was in a much merrier state and he was happy that he was happy.

"Although, do you know when [Your Name ] is coming back!?' Rin pouted at your absence. His face fell as he thought at the fact that you weren't there with him.

"What? Don't you like spending time with ya girl's old man?" Your Dad raised an eyebrow at the teenaged Boy.

Rin fake gasped but then started grinning again. He loved spending time with your Dad. He didn't treat him as if he was his daughter's boyfriend but as a son of his own. Rin had always wanted a father figure in his life. Mostly because his own didn't act or attend as one.

Rin was grateful for him, he really couldn't ask for anything more of a reward.

"No, I love spending time with you [Dad's Name]! It's just that I miss my little girly friend" Rin nodded and smirked at the man.

Your dad smirked back for different reasons.

"Get a Grip! She left with her mother to the mall like what, 40 minutes ago? You don't wanna be an overly attached boyfriend now, Do you? " Your Dad walked out of the kitchen smuggly. Only because he used a phrase associated with one of the youtubers that you watched.

Rin knew he was joking but somehow thought that maybe he was being a bit too overly attached.

"Deck the halls with something something La la la la la, La la la la"

You sung the catchy festive tune with one full devious intent: To annoy your mother.

The 'You' bearer groaned and walked ahead faster infront of you. You laughed at her thickly inishitive at the fact that she could of just asked you to stop.

"C'mon Mum! I ain't THAT bad, Am I?" You sadly pouted at your mother's back, knowing she wouldn't turn around for such flamboyant attitude.

At first she didn't answer and you decided to keep probing her with your free half eaten sample breadstick. But then you started singing awfully on top of that, only angering her more.

"[ Your Name ], Go buy me some Salt from one of the markets?"

You stopped and looked at the women strangly.

"Da faq you say?" You squinted and looked at her back quizzingly.

"You heard me. Go buy some salt. And use your money to purchase it since you have nothing constructive to do! " by now she had turned round to look at you hence she had a calm look on her face.
