Rebecca fidgeted in her chair as Charlie watched the movie. They had a great time at lunch and the whole time Rebecca thought of it as a lunch date with a friend.
But then she felt herself attaching to Charlie and really enjoying her company as she cursed herself again.
"Your nervous again." Charlie whispered.
"What? No. I'm not nervous." Rebecca said laughing.
"Shh!" An old lady from behind them.
"Sorry." Charlie whispered to her.
"I just have no idea what I'm doing." Rebecca whispered. "I don't want to get too attached."
"Why are you so afraid?"
"I've been alive for a long time, and have been hurt many times by people I've been attached to." Rebecca said.
"You don't have to be nervous or afraid around me Rebecca. I wouldn't hurt you. I told you if all you wanted was a lunch date and a movie with a friend then I'd be okay with that." Charlie reassured as she felt herself grow nervous.
"I don't want that though." Rebecca groaned.
"Then what do you want?" Charlie said looking into her eyes as they leaned close together.
Rebecca didn't answer her. Instead she decided to take a leap of faith and grabbed Charlie's cheeks in her hands to kiss her.
"Shh!" The lady said again.
"Oh fuck off you wanker! Can't you see I'm having a moment?" Rebecca pulled back to yell at the lady.
Charlie chuckled as her cheeks heated up and nervousness grew in her belly.
"Now look who's flustered and adorable." Rebecca smiled.
Charlie laughed and rolled her eyes as Rebecca moved in to kiss her again.

Rebecca walked into the Mikaelson home and felt the happiest she'd been in a while. But then walking she saw the people of the house looking down.
"What in the holy hell happened here?" She asked.
"Oh hey Bex! How'd the date go?" Alex asked as he sat in the middle of Kol and Elijah.
"It was amazing. We went to the movies and I freaked out a little before I sucked it up and kissed he—him. It's was a great afternoon." Rebecca stuttered.
"I'm glad someones relationships are going well." Kol grumbled.
"Okay what is going on?" Rebecca asked again.
Suddenly Klaus and Cordelia walked in with Klaus' arm over her shoulder.
