I was sitting on a park bench in the center of town, getting a breath of fresh air. The police were still in my house. It was getting dark, and it was starting to snow. I was about to get up and go home when some one sat down beside me.
"Thank you," they said. I turned around, and it was Aiden.
"For what?" I asked, trying to tease a bit of warmth back into my hands.
"Not telling them about me," He said. I was a little bit surprised. I didn't expect him to be so...humble.
"You're welcome, I guess," I replied, shivering. "So what about this reward?"
"Well, since you've already told everyone you're going out with me and that I'm taking you out for dinner, I think we should make that a reality," He proposed. I was pretty excited, to be honest.
"Uh, sure. Will you not be arrested or something?"
"Well, if the police come after us we will have to run. Or drive, preferably." Aiden said. I was already dreaming of what could happen on this date with the infamous Aiden Pearce. But I was still paying enough attention to notice he said 'us' and 'we', which meant if the police come after him while we're on our date I would probably be coming with him. Well, he couldn't exatly leave me there, to be kidnapped by the police and questioned about why I was at a resaurant with a criminal who had broken into my home and everything would come tumbling down....
I started paying attention again when I realized Aiden was still talking.
"Sorry could you repeat that last part?" I asked sheepishly. I think he could tell by the look in my eye that I had spaced out.
"I was asking you where you'd like to go."
"Oh, uh, anywhere I guess. Wait, on second thought, anywhere that serves food." I said. I saw Aiden's mouth tug up into a smile. He's quite cute when he smiles.
A/N: So I typed in 'aiden pearce smiling' into Google Images so I could see what he looks like smiling, and what comes up? NOTHING. So now the only image I have of Aiden smiling is from my memory. By the way I apoligize for the spelling mistakes. And also if you see 'Aiden' spelt like 'AIden' it's because my shift key is not a nice person. Kay love you byee xxx
