Quick A/N: All the chapters all Jamie's POV unless it says otherwise. That's all I wanted to say. Bye!

I knew how to handle a gun. My dad used to hunt with dogs so he taught me how to use them. Why was there a gun in my apartment in the first place? Strangely, I wasn't too worried. Everything in my life these days was dangerous so a random gun in my apartment wasn't exactly weird. I passed it off and went to bed, since it was almost 9:30pm, and I had work in the morning.

I lay in bed for hours, unable to sleep. There was a fluttery feeling in my stomach. It was keeping me up. By now, it was 10:30pm. I figured the best thing thing to do was to go for a walk. I got up, and threw a coat over my pyjamas. I left my apartment building and went onto the street. I walked. I let my mind wander while I walked. I thought of Aiden. The flutters in my stomach increased. I passed it off as monthly cramps. I continued walking, and thought about my life recently. Some crazy shit has happened. I was about to wonder about the meaning of life when I saw a familar figure.

"George?!" I said. George turned around and faced me.

"Oh, hey, Jamie."

"What are you doing here?"

"I go to night school."

"You go to night school?!"

"Yeah, training to be a doctor."

"Could you tell me something then?"

"Sure."

"What's this feeling in my stomach? I get it a lot these days. And when I think about a certain person."

George looked at the ground, then looked at me with a sad smile on his face.

"You're in love, Jamie."
