Part l

Mum called me for breakfast. It tasted so bad; just like tasteless sand ,which was not something new. But I have never complained. I just smiled, as always. In such conditions, I got inspired by a French proverb:Quand on a pas ce que Ion aime , il faut aimer ce que Ion a, which means : when one doesn't have the things that one loves ,one must love what one has. Want what you have and you shall have what you want.

I believe, mum could have been a professional chef as well as dad as a painter if they had better conditions. Our poor-quality ingredients and colours made it hard on them to be creative.

Anyway, I straighted to the library Sea Of Books which Mr Lorenzo Easterbrook  worked at, my childhoods friend. It was the only library in our district and it was not far from home. Lorenzo was very unlike other Rain's residents; he was so optimistic and he never stopped smiling, especially for me; I have always been so dear to his heart; he was the only person who learnt sign language for me, taught me even although he didnt need it to communicate with me; as I was not deaf. It was just to make me feel better.

I really liked him and felt like he would be my ideal soulmate. I never told him that; I actually cant. But I feel like he likes me too. Well, he never told me either." I shook my head to clear the idea.

I always used to buy one book per year because I couldn't afford more. I love books; papers smell has always been my favourite. Sea Of Books was a sea of knowledge and entertainment for me. At least, it got Lorenzo.

It was not allowed to stay and read in the library. If you want to read the book, then buy it, that were the library's instructional policy.

But one could wander in it and have a quick glance on new trending books as I used to do every week. Sea Of Books was my only happy place in Rain. I was still starving and I wanted to distract my hunger in the library.

Part ll

Mr Lorenzo Easterbrook, a handsome twenty-three-year-old gentleman, neatly dressed, firmly standing and ready to welcome clients. His seriousness made me giggle- from the inside-

I wished he could hear my laugh.

As soon as he saw me, he waved sweetly , came with hurry and welcomed me exclaiming: Hallo Miss Stirling, I expected your visit today; it is always sweet to have you here!

All I could do was smile.

He was wearing a white shirt and a formal bow tie. His charming blonde hair was combed back and his blonde eyebrows were so close to his small magical honey-coloured eyes. I caught his appreciating pure gaze.

I suppose you're looking for news about new books as always. He moved his senses using sign language; to not make me feel like I were the only weird walking around.

Then, he showed me the new ones.  I actually got obsessed with that one book in particular. It was a love novel about two youths who fell in love in so unexpected conditions, titled Unconditionally. They were so different but their difference fitted perfectly.

When I liked a book, I would give anything requested ;just to read it. But that time ,it was so expensive that I would stay three or four years saving money for it. Besides, my family did not need any more bills.

I know it's expensive, but its thoughts are made out of priceless gold. How I wish I could help! Commented Lorenzo.

I  straighted back home, thinking about the book, with one specific sentence crossing through my mind:

"Id better keep my dreams in my dreams.
