Part l
What is this tragic furious noise? Its 12:00 a.m for sanitys sake! Oh, dear! Some men are brutally hitting dad in the street, with no mercy! Hold on, they are the men who dad works with! I thought; feeling lush adrenaline rushing through my veins.
They left him in the street alone. I woke mum up. We let dad rest, cleaned his wounds up and covered them with healing herbs. I didn't know why they did that, but I indeed knew that dad has lost his job for sure.
It got 3:00 a.m, everyone were asleep but I couldn't; I was so worried we were going to starve; leaded to our graves. We had to pay rent, buy coal and food , thus we were five members in that house.
Dad's work was over and mum's cheese as well. My heart started sinking at the thoughts and my eyes weeping. After deep thinking, an idea crossed my mind.
I have got to help. I'm going to the city, to the centre of Paris! I said to my heart determinately.
Part II
I took all my important stuff, which werent many, and covered my whole hair with a hat; its colour might be suspicious. I glanced at myself in the broken mirror; to find a teenager as determined to help as an adult.
And when I turned to close my rooms window, I found the book Unconditionally on the windowsill beside a lavender which took me aback . I knew it was Lorenzo behind all this.
This is new. Since when does Lorenzo send me flowers?
It was written on the first blank page:
Dear Miss Luna Stirling,
I felt how much you desired to read the book Unconditionally. It's all yours now!
Please, consider it as a small present; its nothing befitting you. Would you promise me something? Please, never preempt pages; read one by one and enjoy .
Sincerely,
Lorenzo Easterbrook.
I felt surprised and grateful. All I got to do were to promise. That was the gift I most appreciated during my whole lifetime.
Part lll
I put a letter on my bed, supposing it to tell mum and dad not to worry and that I was doing the right thing. But I didn't mention my destination.
Then, I straighted to the houses door, staring at my sisters; I couldn't stop my tears. Id miss them for sure; they looked just like peacful angels. I was closing the door when I started thinking again. I was about to leave my familys warmth, my sister's laughs and my mother's voice when waking up. I did not know if I was sensible or just reckless to walk an endless road to an unknown destiny. I promised my sisters to come back with a victory.
The dull streets of Rain were always miserable, especially at night; they were so quiet ,wet and dim. Easily getting the best of my horror, rapiding my pace ,forcing me to look back after each step and my heart to sink deeper. It had just started raining when I left and it made dirty puddles-
Unfortunately, I had gotten holes in my boots...
