"Jungwoo!" I said "It's fine Mr.? What was your name again?" He said making my breath hitch "Kim...Mr. Kim" I said "It would be nice to let him join wouldn't it?" He said, and I cursed at him internally.
"If it's fine with the staff and you ofcourse" I said with a fake smile "Oppa will model too?" Yunbyeol said with a curious smile "I think so baby" I said.
And that was what happened, Jungkook and Jungwoo got into the set, the staff were more than happy to let Jungwoo join in the photoshoot, "There...move a little...yes! That's it! Perfect!" The photographer commented as Jungwoo happily poses for the camera.
After the shoot unfortunately, we have dinner together, "Of course...it would be a pleasure!" I said with fake amusement "Ohh goodie! Just think of this as a thank you for choosing Jungkook as your model!" The manager said and I just nodded and laughed, god how many times do I have to fake that I'm enjoying this?
"Jungkook come here!" The manager said making me curse under my breath, Jungkook walked towards us with a poker face and bowed slightly "Why don't you take a picture?" The manager said making me bite my lip "Okay.." He said in a monotone voice and stood beside me, I gulped as I inhaled his scent, it has been a while since we got this close to each other.
"Done! Thank you!" The manager said and I just smiled "No problem!" I said "Godd- Mr.Kim?" Chae said, oh bless her "Yes Chae?" I said "Yunbyeol and Jungwoo are looking for y-" "Daddy!!" Yunbyeol cutted her as she hugged my legs "Hey baby...where is Jungwoo?" I said, turning to Chae "He's looking at the pictures" Chae said as she pointed at Jungwoo on the other side I nodded and picked Yunbyeol up.
"Is that your daughter Mr.Kim?" The manager said making me chuckle then nod "Yes...is it okay if she and her brother comes with us?" I said "Oh no problem at all Mr.Kim!" The manager said and I muttered a thanks.
After they cleaned up the set they invited me to just go in the van which I immediately regretted when Jungkook was sat beside me, the other staff filled the other spaces so I had to carry Jungwoo in my lap, but when Chae entered Yunbyeol stood up and my heart skipped a bit when Jungkook picked her up and placed her on his lap.
"Thank you Mr. Bigger Jungwoo!" Yunbyeol said with a smile, Jungkook returned the smile, I looked away as our eyes met, but when he looked away I stared back at him again.
He's different.
He looks so different.
He acted so different.
Was it because of what happened?
Am I the one receiving the cold shoulder now?
I smiled bitterly at the thought, of course he would be mad at me, after what I did to him.
His coconut hair was now messed up and longer, some strands falling off his forehead.
His jawline was more sharper now, more defined.
His lashes, still long, it never fails to give him a hint of innocence.
His lips, still the same, but they don't smile to me anymore.
His eyes, his big doe eyes, was almost the same but it doesn't glitter with the same adoration and happiness he used to have.
I coughed awkwardly as I realized I stared for way too long, blushing a bit as I suddenly felt embarassed.
"Daddy, want more nana milk" Jungwoo mumbled "I don't have anymore banana milk baby...maybe when we get home" I said and he whined, he must be sleepy "Baby...shh...hey" I said as he was starting to cry.
How could I forget to bring extra milk, aish! I didn't know we would stay up until dinner away from the house, and there was no near convinience store around here.
I was surprised when I saw a carton of banana milk infront of me, I looked at the person offering it and it was Jungkook.
I hesitantly took it, "T-Thank you" I mumbled, I tried to hurry to put the straw in because when one of them cries the other one follows; But I guess fate is not on my side today, Yunbyeol started to cry also making me panic.
Shit! I wish I was home! I gave Jungwoo his banana milk and tried to calm him down, "Yunbyeol baby...don't cry.." I said but Jungwoo started to bawl his eyes out.
"Shhh baby...stop crying" I said as I rocked his body side to side.
It was a hassle but Jungwoo fell asleep, I was about to turn to Yunbyeol when I see her perfectly calm in Jungkook's arm as he sings to her.
I couldn't help but feel sleepy, I was tired and the airconditioner, Jungkook's scent and voice is not helping, so my eyes started to droop until I loose consciousness.
