taeyong breathed in heavily, finally calming down after the previous moments of fear and pain. he was very much grateful for the warmth and comfort that radiated off of jaemin's body as the younger boy enveloped him into a hug.
❝i'm sorry you had to see me like this,❞he chuckled, wiping his face with his sleeve.
❝don't be sorry hyung,❞jaemin smiled reassuringly and gave his favorite hyung a tight squeeze.
they sat there on the white carpeted floor, both staring out the window where two stars shined brightly through. jaemin gazed in amazement at the two stars that were placed close to one another in the night sky, watching as it reflected off of taeyong's face to give him a natural glow.
even when gone, jaehyun and ten would still be watching over him.
protecting him and loving him.
❝just remember hyung, you're never alone. i'll always be here with you as well as jaehyun and ten hyung till this very day.❞taeyong's heart fluttered at the sight of the two stars and a genuine smile made its way onto his face.
❝thanks jaemin.❞to taeyong, the younger robot was like his little brother and he made sure never to make the same mistake again to instead cherish the ones that he loves. for that, he's ever so grateful for the younger who stood by him at his worst moments.
he made a vow to always protect him and to care for him as a loving big brother—no matter the costs...

jaemin sighed and stuffed his mouth with another spoonful of coffee ice cream, ❝it's not that easy hyung...❞
after the multiple attempts to calm his hyung down, taeyong was now a little bit cheerful as the memory of the past was buried deep down to never be found again. they were sitting criss-crossed on taeyong's bed with multiple cartons of ice creams on their lap along with bowls of popcorn and ships as a k-drama played on the flat tv screen. after their mini crying session they began their conversation revolving around a certain white-haired male that the robot fell in love with.
❝if i know any better, you shouldn't wait last minute to confess your feelings before it's already too late. besides...it doesn't hurt to give it a shot,❞jaemin looked at the elder doubtfully who just rolled his eyes in return. ❝come one jaemin, you loved him your whole life and yet you watched him throw his heart carelessly. you have to tell him before amy and him take their relationship to the next level...❞
