Terry could not believe what he was seeing.
An actual baby
inside of a crystallized egg,
from literally out of nowhere.
Where did this thing-
or baby-
come from?
And was Stella seeing what Terry was seeing?
"STELLA!" Terry screamed, while motioning
for her to come over to where he was standing.
Stella ran as fast as she could to him,
without hesitation.
When she got to where he was standing,
she froze like a deer in headlights
at the sight of that.
She too, saw that there was a baby inside.
"Is that-" she began to say.
"Yes:
a baby," Terry said.
They didn't know what to do,
other than to just stare at each other,

"Should we call the police?" Stella asked.
"No... I don't think that would be a good idea,"
Terry responded.
What were they going to do?
"Maybe we should just-"
PEW!
PEW!
PEW!
Loud sounds coming from the sky
interrupted Stella mid sentence.
Shooting stars,
meteorites-
everywhere!
Terry and Stella have never seen anything like it.
But from the looks of things,
being in the middle of meteor shower
could be very dangerous-
especially a meteor shower like this one.
"Are you seeing this?!" Terry yelled.
"Yes! It's beautiful! But I think we should leave
so we don't get hurt!" Stella suggested.
And she was right.
But Terry did not want to leave.
He, for some reason,
wanted to watch the meteor shower-
and take the baby.
"But what about the baby?'' Terry asked.
"We don't even know where it came from!
