Timothee's plan

Timothee had traveled from The great flat plains of Arkansas. He never wanted to use the guise of a European college student, especially an astronomer, but tough times took for tough measures.

It was the only way he could get what he truly wanted. The moon to himself.
He descended from a long line of luna irrumator praetor, which made him destined to be the one to get it out of the sky, and into his arms. Saints-Foy Island was the best place to perform rituals. There was large and small hills that could be used for summonings, and it was near the ocean which meant the moons weakness could be shown as soon as she was taken.

When Anna first approached him, he saw a tired teen with bad hair. A girl with an expected vagueness. She was pretty and her body was beautiful enough to that he knew she would be a perfect sacrifice if the first set of stones didn't work. She was clueless, thought stars were pretty, and she didn't care about scholarly things. She was a lowlife, working in that tea shop. Her disappearance would be of no consequence. At least that's what he thought. He lead her to believe that they were friends for a little less than a
year.

The day after his first attempt, he became frustrated. His one chance to use the moon's weakness, and now no one will ever be able to use them again. It was all dust now. He had to do a sacrifice. He just had to wait until Anna showed up, and lure her out during the next crescent moon, when it would be the weakest. His plans pieces were now falling all together.
And then, she saved him time with just eight words.
" I know just the place, meet me after work, ok?"

" ok"

After she finished work, she walked out and they found a small cliff overlooking the sea.  They set up a small workspace near the base of the cliff.. She set down a blanket and a metal container of tea. He had a telescope in his arms and a knife in his back pocket.
" Ready to explore?"
"Yes!"
She practically ran up the hill, barely any time for him to catch up.
It truly was the perfect spot for the ritual. The moon and sea were working in harmony, the grass tall enough to hide the body of the plan failed. It wouldn't fail, he thought. It was his last real chance.
