In plant's vs zombie's series game the gatling pea is first seen in Crazy Dave shop and is an upgrade to the repeater. The repeater shoots two peas per shot but when you placed the gatling pea upgrade on it then the difference is shown from it's almanac profile and it's combat experience. The gatling pea appearance is similar to the repeater but has an military helmet and black paint lines on the lower sides of his face. The gatling pea fires a barrage of four peas instead of two and is faster as well. The downside of having the gatling pea shooter out is that he cost is 250. Plus when buying it from Crazy Dave is expensive of 5000$ coins and the coins dropped from zombies is low and from each level for the player survived against the zombies is rare chance. Also, if you try to placed him down will not let you unless their is a repeater on the lawn.

Plant's vs Zombie's Heroes:
The Gatling pea has made an appearance in the Plants vs Zombies heroes app and is a colossal legendary plant card and a member of the mega growth class. It cost 5 sun and has 5(attack) and 4(health). It has the double strike ability that allows plants to attack again to either damage the zombie hero or can weaken the zombie in it's lane. Then there is the evolution for certain plants and zombies have when they are placed onto of a certain plants or zombies for the evolution.
