This plant hero has made an appearance in the second garden warfare game and now in plants vs zombies heroes. She is the leader of the smarty and solar class and her signature superpower is called goatify.  

Classification: Plant hero, rose

Powers and abilities: superhuman physical characteristic, magic, homing attack(Can shoot more slowly projectiles that home on the enemies with her magic wand), transmutation via goatify(Can turn zombies into a goat with 1(health)/1(attack) this includes gargantuars as well), ice manipulation, invulnerability via arcane enigma(Can make herself immune to most damage), healing via arcane locust(can rapidly and continuously heal plants and herself), plant manipulation, time manipulation, energy manipulation, electricity manipulation, time travel, illusion creation, curse manipulation and statistics reduction, aura and statistics amplification, her magic lets her talk like a human, immortality, resistance to transmutation.

Attack potency: Multi-City Block level, possibly Country level(Superior to Super Brainz and is implied to be somewhat on his level).

Speed: At least supersonic+

Lifting strength: Class 100

Striking strength: Multi-City block class

Durability: Multi-City block level

Stamina: High

Range: at least Several meters with her magic wand

Intelligence: High, partly of the smarty class

Standard equipment: her magic wand 

Weakness: Goatify only works on anyone roughly equal to or weaker than herself.

Notable attacks:

Time snarl: Rose creates a semisphere that slows down and disable ability usage for all enemies caught in it for 1.5 seconds in a designated area, but doesn't deal any damage to them. 

Arcane enigma: Rose transforms into a being of pure, invisible energy and can travel much faster. She can also use this to deal area damage pulses to enemies. In the battle of Nieghborville, rose cannot deal damage, but instead increase the movement speed of plants near to her while she is casting it. 

Arcane locust: Similar to the arcane enigma, but rose can rapidly and continually heal herself and other nearby plants when casting. Lasts somewhat shorter and cannot damage enemies. 

Goatify: When used, rose will transform any enemy into a stinky goat for a short time. Goatify can turn more than one enemy into goats if they are standing together.
