"Please don't hit me..." The injured brunette whispered, although it did no good. Leopold was too strong for her and she fell to the floor screaming in pain. She was crying, begging for him to just leave her alone.

Leopold was Regina Mills's fiancé. He was a nasty piece of work and however hard she tried, Regina could never be free of him. She has admitted this was her life and thought this was the love she deserved (even if it was abuse) so she accepted it. Leopold was a highly respected business man, making it incredibly hard for Regina to ever tell her story - although she never planned on telling it. At the beginning Leopold was seen as the hero, due to him 'saving' Regina following the death of her beloved father. He didn't save her, he took advantage of a broken, beautiful young woman.

Regina followed Leopold into his office. "Stay here until the meeting is over, then we will go and get lunch my love." Leopold stated as he left the room. A single tear trickled down her face as she took a seat on the polished leather sofa.
The door swung open calmly, a handsome young man entered the room. "Sorry to disturb you- uhh- I'm just collecting some paperwork," he smiled kindly and held out his hand, "I'm Robin Locksley." Regina stood up and shook his hand "Regina Mills.." She smiled, "It's nice to meet you Mr Locksley, will you be attending the party this evening?"
Robin nodded, "Yeah, maybe I'll see you there, sorry I've got so much work to do- gotta run!" He picked up the paper work and left the room.
With a sigh Regina took a seat and waited.

A while later, Leopold returned with a sour look on his face. "Come on. We are going." Leopold ordered as he left the room. Regina sighed deeply wishing she'd just dissolve into nothing there and then. Slowly, she got up and followed him preparing herself for the familiar events that would follow- accept they didn't.
As they walked down the corridor, Robin called Leopold's name with a goofy grin on his face. Leopold grunted and walked towards him, clearly pissed off. All Robin did was hand him a piece of paper which, to Regina's surprise, he smiled and thanked Robin. Regina wondered what had cheered him up but was too scared to ask. She didn't have to, Leopold turned around and walked back towards her with a smile on his face, "We secured the contract with Nolan industries, we really do have something to celebrate tonight!" He turned back to Robin, "Locksley would you care to join us for lunch?" Robin nodded and replied, "That would be great sir, thank you!"
The three of them left together and headed for the irresistible Italian restaurant across the street.
