This summer was fun. So much happened. Me and my family took a "camping" trip together which didn't end well at all. I helped Aiyana pick out dorm decorations. I spent time with my girlfriend of course but we've both been so busy we didn't get that much quality time. But it was good for us to get some space it's definitely time for us to come back together now. I spent time with kiyah and dej. We still aren't cool like that though. Ocean tried to hit me up but I um blocked her. Which I may regret later. I took drivers training and finally got my license!!  There was just a lot going on this summer but I'm just excited because today is Aiyanas move in dayyyy. We're in North Carolina right now about to pull up to the school. I got a text from bri.

We arrived at her dorm and I grabbed some boxes and we up into her room. When we walked in I was shocked to see another girl and her family decorating her side which was cute. It was black and white themed with some mint green and there was pictures all over her wall with neon lights. Cute. The girl turned around and I almost choked on my gum. I turned to Aiyana hella quick. The girl turned to Aiyana who wasn't even paying attention.

"Hey I'm solai you must be Aiyana?"

Aiyana turned around and her eyes widened. Oh sheeetttttt.

"Yeah I'm Aiyana nice to meet you"

" I'm gonna give you and your family some space while you unpack"

Solai's parents greeted mine and they left the room. I scrunched up my lip and turned towards Aiyana.

" Oop"

" Dont say anything Gabbi"

" I'm not"

For hour and hours we helped her unpack her things and it was finally time to say goodbye. But I didn't wanna go back to Florida. School starts in a few days and I'm not ready. I sat on Aiyanas new fully decorated bed.

"I'm not gonna see you till break. I'm gonna miss you  but I want you to remember to always call me just because I'm far away doesn't mean we still can't talk on a daily. I love you bitch"

" I love you too bitch"

We hugged for a while until my parents got irritated and wanted to go back home. I hopped off of her bed.

"Wait....I got you something"

She handed me a box. I smiled and opened it to see a charm bracelet and I noticed she was wearing a matching one.

"Ew I hate it"

She rolled her her eyes and gave me a hug.

My parents left the room crying and shit. Ugh. As we walked down the hallway I seen solai coming in to our direction so I'm assuming she went back into the dorm room. I can't wait to hear about this. We packed up our stuff and headed for the plane. On the plane I sat next to my mom and she tried to promise me that can visit Aiyana some weekends but I just know her ass is lying to make me feel better.

Once we got back home i had to see Kabria. I convinced my dad to drop me off. I haven't been to her house all summer. Vise Versa . I knocked on her door and her mom answered. She stared at me for a moment before letting me in. I took my shoes and jacket off.

"Gabbi may I talk to you for a sec?"

Oh man .

"Uh yeah sure"

I followed her into the kitchen table.

" I'm aware of the relationship between you and my daughter and I just want to tell you that I'm not 100% okay with this at the moment but I just want you to know that I have nothing against you I think your a great person to my daughter.

Did she just give me a backhanded compliment?

" Thank you, I try"

" We will talk more about this later but um she's in her room. No funny business"

" Got it"

I ran upstairs to her room and opened the door slightly. She was in her bed sleeping. I tip toed over to her and put my hands over her eyes.

"Hello?"

" Guess who?"

She sat up hella fast and grabbed my arms pulling me into a hug. She kissed me over and over and over and over.

" baby why didn't you tell me you were coming over I look a mess"

"Shut up, you look beautiful "

" how was your trip"

" It was great I had a good time . We moved Aiyana in today her room is cute and we got to meet her roommate and her family"

"Ouuu okay. That's good I'm glad you enjoyed yourself ?"

"Sooooo what's new with you?"

" Nothing. I've been relaxing. Working on my mental health. I've been hanging with Jalen though. He's kinda my boy bestie now"

Yeah no. I've heard all the stories about boy best friends.

"See bae I don't like that shit. I don't like the boy best friend stuff . "

" Why not?"

" I don't know it makes me nervous. Especially since I don't even know if his intentions are good"

" He has a whole girlfriend. Plus if she does have good intentions I would drop him without hesitation. You know you have nothing to worry about right?"

" of course. I trust with you my life. "

She smiled and I poked my finger at her dimples.

" stop ittt"

" no, your cute"

" I know"

I pushed her off my bed harder then I expected and she went flying. I laid back and started busted out laughing and she stared at me.

" Really Gabbi"

She stormed over to me and hovered over me. I felt a tingly sensation over my body as she stared at me like she was about to yell at me. I thought she was about to do something but she moved away and starting laughing her ass off.

" The Kabria effect is in full motion"

I chucked a pillow at her head. And her head moved in a back and forth motion. Oops I think I threw it to hard because she stopped laughing then.

" guess who's not laughing now?!"
