UR HEART..THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF U..
NOT JUST FOR PUMPING BLOOD TO KEEP U ALIVE..BUT FOR PUMPING U SOULFOOD TO KEEP U CLOSE TO ALLAH.
Rasulullah salallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said about our heart:
Truly in the body there is a
morsel of flesh which,
if it be sound, all the body is
sound
aиϑ which, if it be diseased,
all of it is diseased.
Truly it is the heart.
[al-Bukhari, Muslim]

"What's In Your Heart?
Abū Bakr (radiallaahu anhu) wasn't poor like Abu Dharr or Abū Hurayrah (radiallaahu anhuma), but Abū Bakr (radiallaahu anhu) was still better than them.
He wasn't perpetually tortured like Khabāb & Bilāl, or Sumayyah & Yāsir (radiallaahu anhum), but he was better than them.
He wasn't severely injured in battle like Talḥa or Abū ʿUbaydah or Khālid (radiallaahu anhum), but he was better than them.
He wasn't martyred like Hamza, ʿUmar, ʿUthmān or ʿAli (radiallaahu anhum), but he was better than them.
Bakr ibn ʿAbdullāh Al-Muzani (rahimahullah) said,
❝Abū Bakr didn't precede them
due to offering a lot of prayer
aиϑ fasting, but because of
something that settled in his
heart.❞
It's the actions of the heart, you see. That's what made Abu Bakr (radiallaahu anhu's) faith outweigh the faith of the entire ummah.
Imān is actions of the heart combined with statement of the tongue & actions of the limbs, but sadly we ignore the actions of the heart even though that is its essence & core.
Every act of worship has an essence & a physical manifestation.
Remember to monitor our hearts as severely as we monitor our actions
&
remember that in this world we traverse distances with our feet, but in the Hereafter distances are only traversed by our hearts.
﴿أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ﴾
(Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.)"

"Don't think for a moment that your heart is 'strong.'
The heart is a vulnerable fool, it turns more then you turn your head. Perhaps that is why it is called 'qalb' (that which turns).
Protect it with layer upon layer of guards & the only guard is constant remembrance in ALLAH"

O Allah purify my heart from everything & anything but You.
Oh Allaah I ask You by Your beautiful names to purify my heart.
You are Al-Wahhaab (The Giver), so I ask You to give me a pure heart.
You are Al-Qareeb (The Close One), so ask You to make my heart close to You.
You are Al-Wadood (The Ever-Loving), so I ask You to fill my heart with love for You.

رَبَّنَا لاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbana la tuzigh quloobana ba’da idh hadaitana wa hab lana milladunka rahmah innaka antal Wahhab
“Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us aиϑ grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower”.
[Quran, 3:8]
