Stress cannot solve ur problems, but it only causes more, especially to ur health & social life…

So...smile & be happy .
Who said life would be perfect!!!!
Always be grateful with what u have, be patient, try only to do ur best & ask اللّه
Subhana Ta'ala for strength & guidance.

In reality, it is difficult to avoid all sources of stress as we encounter a myriad of situations on a daily basis, but do not let stress control ur life. Try to make time everyday for ur health & well-being, as they are all blessings from اللّه

STRESS BUSTERS.
Tips to de-stress.

1. Allah the King of kings, the Lord of the worlds said:
“So remember Me;
I will remember you.
Aиϑ be grateful to Me aиϑ
do not deny Me.”
[Qur’an: Chapter 2, Verse 152]

Remembering اللَّهُ Subhana wa Ta'ala is what enlivens our hearts & souls, brings us peace of mind, & elevates our status with Him. It cleanses us of our sins -- & it makes اَللّهُ Almighty pleased with us.

2. Consistently,everyday read ur 5 daily salaah. When u lift ur hands to say Allahu Akbar, اللّـه is Great, let all ur worries fall away as u acknowledge & affirm that اللّه
Subhana Ta'ala is Greater than everything & anyone.

3.Set a daily time for zikr (rememberance of اللَّهُ Subhana wa Ta'ala) without any distractions preferably early morning. Focus on each word. It's the quality that matters, not the quantity.

4. Manage ur time well. Balance ur day between work, family & 'me' time which should all be structured around the 5 prayers.

4. Exercise regularly & eat healthy.

5. Pause for moments to breathe deeply. Make them moments of worship as u take the name of our Glorious, Magnificient Allah
Breathe in with ur nose for 5 seconds saying ALLLL silently
Hold ur breath for 3 seconds.
Slowly breathe out through ur mouth for a count of 7 seconds say LAAAAH as u release the air.
Taking ALL-LAAH's Name & thinking about Him is refreshing to the heart & soul!

6. Laugh even if u don't feel like it.
A lasting smile (which is also sunnah) tricks the brain into being happy thereby releasing feel-good, stress relieving chemicals.

7. Take advantage of ur free time. Seek knowledge, read the seerah & learn about the Sunnah of the most productive & successful man Habib Mustapha sallallaahu alayhi wasallam.
Serve ur community. Spend a few minutes with the sic. Visit those who are in difficulty- ur neighbour, family. Phone a relative or a friend to keep in touch.
Unwind by listening to the Qur'an, a good lecture or read a good, beneficial book or magazine or do nothing but think good, happy thoughts reflecting about nature, about the millions of blessings that u've been given. Alhamdulilah...oh ALLAH- You have blessed me with so many things even without me asking.

8. Be grateful with what u have & the life u've been given. Say Alhamdulilah from within all the time & mean it.
The more we thank اللّه
Subhana Ta'ala, the more He Blesses us.

8. Sleep well giving ur body the necessary rest it craves for. Let اللّه
Subhana Ta'ala be the last thing u think about , thank Him for the beautiful day & the ability to sleep, for the warm bed & the roof over ur head, for the peace of mind that u have bread & water for the next day.
