Phoenix's POV

8:41 pm, Thursday

"WE'RE GONNA DIE! WE'RE GONNA DIE!..." The words he was whispering before, was now the words he was screaming at the top of his lungs.

How is he still alive?

I tried to tune him out, but failed.

I looked around the poorly lit room, its corners were engulfed in a black abyss.

My wrists were already red from the attempts of trying to break free.

"H-he-ey b-boy.." The man spoke.

He was smiling at me, his teeth were bloody and his cheeks were gashed.

"Sh-she-e's g-gonna k-kill you..."

"Wh-who?" I asked hesitantly.

"The que-" But before he could even finish his sentence, something interrupted him.

"Well, well. Isn't this nice?" A woman spoked.

I glanced to my right, a sillhouette of a woman could be seen leaning against the door frame.

She was obviously wearing a hat.

Her shoulders shooked as her cackle filled the room.

Adrenaline started to kick in, so I started moving and shaking around, screaming and yelling her questions.

"Who are you? What the fuck do you want from me? Where am I? Let me go!!"

As I finally finished my tantrum, all she did was move her hand towards her face and shushed me, followed by another laugh.

A sinister one.

I was already bawling my eyes out when the man in front of me yelled once more.

"LET ME GO! YOU BI-" My ears started to ring when the woman fired her gun.

God please help me.

My eyes were closed when all of this happened. I felt warm liquid splattered against my arms and exposed skin. So out of curiosity, I slowly opened my eyes.

Huge mistake.

I screamed at the sight of the man. His eyes blank as blood splashed everywhere.

I was full on crying.

I barely knew the guy, but seeing him get shot right at the head and dying in front of me.

It was too much.

"He should've done his job right." The woman spoke, followed by a light chuckle.

"W-who t-the f-fuck are you?" I asked as I sobbed quietly.

Trying to stay quiet as possible.

"Oh, how rude of me." Her heels tapping against the hard concrete floor as she stepped closer to me.

But as she finally walked into the light, I couldn't believe my eyes.

"L-lun-a?!"

My jaw practically dropped to the floor when the woman finally revealed herself to me.

She was wearing a black coat dress, a gun attached to her right arm.

"Surprise!" She exclaimed as she twirled.

"I-I don't understand.."

"Oh, don't even try. It's complicated." She answered, giving me a cheeky smile and placing her hands on her hips.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" I yelled out in confusion.

"Why the fuck am I even here?!"

She took out a key, and walked towards the corpse.

"Answer me." I growled as I receives no answer from her.

She continued to unchain the dead body from the chair.

After that, she kicked him off of it.

"Answer me."

She. Said. Nothing.

"ANSWER ME! YOU WITCH!"

She didn't said anything. All she did was wipe the blood out of the chair and sat down.

My blood was boiling, but trying my best to supress it.

She now sat in front of me.

Her legs crossed and her hands resting on her thigh.

She was smiling at me.

Acting all normal as if she didn't just pushed a corpse out of her way.

"You are sick." I snarled.

"I know." She responded with a giggle.

"What the fuck do you want from me?"

"You knew too much, Phoeny."

She fixed herself in her seat as she talked.

"Now, tell me. What'ya know?"

"What?" I asked, obviously confused as to what she meant.

"About last night. Our night." She propped her chin to her hand.

"N-nothing!" I answered as I tried to raise my hand to express myself.

Her face suddenly changed from happy to disgust.

"I. Hate. Liars." Her voice was now low and hoarse.

"I'm not lying! Now let me go!" I countered.

"LIAR!" She then shoot the wall behind me.

I yelped as she threatened me.

She stood up from her chair and leaned against me.

Her hands held my arms, and her face was inches away from mine.

"Stop. Lying."

"What the fuck do you want me to say?!"

"The truth." She snarled as she was now holding her gun against my throat.

"Tell me the things I told you last night." She ordered.

"F-fine. you told me you're name, we danced, you saved me from a spiked drink, you almost kissed me, and you told me it was your first time drinking." I confessed.

She finally pulled her gun away from me, and stood up.

As she glared at me, I felt her hand coming into contact with my face.

Just like that, she walked away.

Two men then entered the room, unchaining me from the chair.

"Ya lucky she didn't killed you." One of them whispered.

I ignored him and stood up.

I glanced down on my cloths that was now covered in dried up blood.

They then placed a blind fold unto my eyes as one of them carried me like a sack of rice.

That's it? She's not gonna kill me?

After what felt like an hour, the man who was carrying me the whole way out finally dropped me to the floor.

I sat there on the ground as I pulled the blind fold off of me and my gaze quickly went to Luna.

She walked towards me, so I started to back away.

"I-I'm calling the cops!" I threatened.

As I said those words, Luna quickly stepped on my chest causing me to lie down completely, gasping for air as she pushed her heels unto me.

"Try me, bitch." She then spat on my eye and walked away.

Just like that.

What just happened?
