Luna's POV
11:32 am, Monday
*1 month later*
"Ma'am, it's been two weeks since Phoenix touched his food."
I immediately knew it was Nathaniel who entered my office, so I didn't bother to greet him.
"Make him." I casually answered without even looking up from my work.
"If we don't do anything, he'll implode." He persisted.
"Then let the bitch implode. See if I care." I nonchalantly responded.
"If he wants to starve, then let him starve. I'm already providing him all of his needs. It's his fault for being an ungrateful asshole." He looked at me with utter disbelief.
"Could you atleast handle it?"
I glared at him as he pleaded, fixing the files as I stapled the reports. "Yeah sure, it's not like I'm fucking busy or some shit." Gesturing to the piles of paper work in front of me as I gave him that sarcastic remark.
"Why do you even do paperwork? You're just gonna burn it all tommorow." He pointed out.
"I like the idea of doing work."
He then sighed loudly as he rubbed his temple.
"Just do it."
I then stood up from my chair and shoved him to the side as I walked to the door.
"Be nice!" He called out as I angrily walked up the stairs and went straight to Phoenix's room.
That little bitch.
As I finally arrived and forcefully unlocked the door's locks and bolts.
I hesitated to open the door since I haven't entered the room ever since it was built.
So I just kicked my way inside.
The door slammed open, revealing a startled raw boned boy, sitting at the corner of the room.
"Phoenix!" I yelled, causing the boy to yelp in fear.
I looked around the room and saw his dining table, where his tray of meals where left.
Barely even touched.
I glared at him one more and walked towards the table.
I then carried the plate of paella to the quivering boy.
As I raised the plate and was about to dump the food on him, but remembered what Nathaniel told me.
Be nice!
My eyes quickly softened at the thought and I then lowered the plate down.
He was shocked at my sudden action and tilted his head to the side from confusion.
I sighed and then crouched down opposite to him.
Scooping a spoonful of Paella and placed it in front of Phoenix.
He looked at me with a weird look and glanced down at the spoon.
"Eat it." I commanded as I moved the spoon closer to his mouth.
He then whipped his head to the side and refused.
"I don't want to."
"Too bad. When I said eat the damn thing you eat it. So suck it up."
"Don't even try scaring me, just cause you kill people doesn't mean I should be afraid of you as well." He snarled.
Feisty one.
