Mr. Burr, Sir.

Burr's POV

I walk to the hallways of my dorm, two doors on either side of each other, and a bathroom at the end. I check to see which room is smaller so I can take it, I know how nice, and I finally enter the smaller of the two rooms, if just by a little.

I start unpacking what little things I have and take a book out to read, making my way to the couch. Just then, I hear a door open. I think to myself, do I really wanna deal with a roommate right now? No, I'll stay in my room, thanks. I back up and walk back into my room and shut the door as silently as I can, to make them think no one is here.

Alexander's POV

I walk into the dorm and towards the hallways that sport two doors on either side. I choose the one that's doors open, the other guys probably in there, I think. I set down my bags and huff at the big, empty room. "How am I supposed to decorate this?" I chuckle. I exit the room and turn to face the other, closed door. "Might as well introduce myself."

Aaron's POV

I'm so sucked into reading my book, that I barely hear the knock at my door. It startles me, then I sigh and mark the page of my book then close it, heading to my door with another long sigh.

I open the door and am met with a smiling man, just a half an inch shorter than me. He extends his hand in gesture. "Hello! My name is Alexander Hamilton! I'm your new dorm mate.. ha, duh." He chuckles. I look down at him, annoyance clear on my face.

He rubs the back of his neck with his other hand. I realize he wants me to shake his hand so I do so. "Call me Burr." I state. "Will do, Mr. Burr! I'll see you around, yeah?" He smiles. I just nod blankly and close my door.

Alexander's POV.

Yeesh, what's his case? I question myself in my head and walk towards my room, closing the door. I plunk down on my bed when I hear a Br-tiing! Coming from my phone. I pick it up, and see a group message.

Group name: Peggy + everyone else here I guess.

AndPeggy: HEEyyyy guysz I found a coffee shop down the road like a 5 minute walk from here y'all wanna walk there.?

GayTurtle: Yeahhh I'm bored as FUcK

Lafbaguette: Bien sûr! Me and Herc will join!

NonStopp: I don't have anything better to do, sure! X.

SayNoo: Soorrryy can't go, got a job interview in 30.

AndPeggy: Booo!! Jobs are for loosersss.!

GayTurtle: ^

SayNoo: Eh, I'd rather be able to afford my student loans than go grab a coffee. 😘😘

NonStopp: Fair reason! X.

GayTurtle: booo yall are both laaamee.

NonStopp: I'm still going! I've got literally nothing better to do right now. X.
