Chapter 4 - Decisions

Shelbi walked to a nearby park to clear her head. She didn't know what to do or to think. Her two bffs have feelings for her and although she loves them very much, she has developed feelings for them, but also someone else. Sehun. She sat on a bench near a pond where she saw ducks, ducklings are fish swimming around minding their own business. She was in her own little world until she heard someone from her right. "Shelbi? You okay?" Felix walked up to her and sat down.

"Oh! Felix, how long have you been there for?" She asked as she made room for him to sit next to her.

"I've been here long enough. I was worried about you so I came to check up on you to see how you were doing."

Shelbi sighed and spoke. "I don't know what to do, Felix. I have so many mixed emotions inside of me, it's overwhelming."

Felix nodded. "You know about Jackson and San having feelings for you?"

Shelbi nodded. "Yeah... Agata and Kristyn told me after I was with Sehun."

"Yeah, it must be stressful for you since those three have feelings for you." He replied back.

"Wait, three? You don't mean Sehun has feelings for me too?" She was taken aback by that confession.

"Aww shit! You didn't know about Sehun. Please don't tell anyone that I told you. They will kill me!" Felix begged and she nodded.

"Okay, I won't tell anyone." She replied back with a small smile.

"Thank you!"

"Felix, what do you think I should do?" Shelbi asked him.

Felix thought about it and sighed. "Shelbi, you are one of my best friends and I love you, but I can't answer that question for you. You have to find the answer yourself. I can only give you advice, support and encouragement."

Shelbi hugged Felix. "Thank you, Felix!"

"Anytime!" Felix hugged her back.

They both broke the hug and stood up. "We should head back. They are probably worried about us." Shelbi said and Felix smiled and nodded in agreement.

"Yes! They will wonder where you are since they sent me to find you!" Felix chuckled and she giggled.

"Okay! I'll race you!" She exclaimed and they both started running back home.

When they arrived, the girls came running up to Shelbi and hugged her. "YAH!! Where the hell have you been? You had us worried sick!" Ashlea exclaimed.

"I'm sorry! I just needed a time out! I didn't mean to worry you guys!" Shelbi replied back.

"Well you're back now! And we have something to tell you!" Diane said excitedly.

"What is it?"

"Well Carrie and Yuta are together, Ashlea and Jungkook are together, Kristyn and Yoongi are together, Agata and Taehyung are together, Gabbie and Seungmin are together and I'm with Baekhyun!" Diane replied back.

Shelbi was happy for her sisters and friends. "Wow! I've missed so much! Congratulations guys!" She hugged them and she glanced at the three boys who were looking at the ground.

She walked over to them and hugged them. "We need to talk! Jackson come with me first." Shelbi grabbed Jackson's hand and they went to somewhere private to talk.

They entered into her room and they sat down on the edge of the bed. Shelbi grabbed Jackson's hand and sighed. "I know you want to tell me something, puppy! I love you, you are like a brother I've never had and I'm sorry that I can't return those feelings like you would like me to."

"Shelbi, I love you too as a sister, but I see you as a woman rather than a sister. I will try and get rid of those kind of feelings, but I don't want to ruin our relationship that we have!" Jackson explained and tears were threatening to leave her eyes as she looked down at their joined hands.

"I know and that will not change! We have an awesome relationship and I would like that to be with us forever because I don't want to lose you!" Shelbi started to cry and Jackson hugged her.

"Of course it will be forever!" Jackson smiled sadly and they had been like that for a few minutes. "I'll go down and get San to come up here because I know you want to talk to him as well."

Shelbi nodded and smiled at him. "Thank you and thank you for understanding, Jackson."

Jackson smiled back and nodded, got up and left the room to get San. He went downstairs and glanced at San. "San, your turn to talk to her!"

San nodded and ran upstairs. He walked towards Shelbi's room and knocked on her door. "Come in!" He heard her say and he opened the door revealing her sitting on her bed. He walked in and shut the door and sat beside her. "Sannie~ It's hard for me to start haha!"

They chuckled and San grabbed her hand as she placed her other hand on top. "I know what you are gonna say, Shelbi and I just hope that this doesn't change our friendship because what we have is special and you are very special to me. I don't want to lose you!" San was fighting back tears as he saw Shelbi breaking down and hugged each other.

"You're not gonna lose me, Sannie~ I don't wanna lose what we have either because You are one of my bffs. It would kill me if either of you left me!" She explained and San nodded in agreement.

"I love you, Shelbi. Never forget that." San confessed and Shelbi hid her face in his shoulder, crying.

"I love you too, Sannie~" She replied back. They had been like that for a few minutes until they had calmed down and smiled at each other. "Promise me, that our friendship will be forever!" She held her pinkie out and San chuckled and wrapped his pinkie and their thumps touched indicating that He will not break that promise.

"I promise!" He replied back and he got up and left to get Sehun.

Now it was only Sehun left. Sehun knocked on the door and heard Shelbi say, "Come in!" He opened the door and smiled at her.

"Hey you wanted to see me?" He asked as he shut the door and sat next to her.

Shelbi nodded and took a deep breath as she faced him. "I love you, Sehun!"

Sehun was taken aback. "W-what?"

"I love you and I choose you, Sehun" She repeated and Sehun kissed her.

"I love you too!" He whispered and they both smiled.
