Taehyung.

Jungkook dragged Yoongi up, but I held him back. I cupped my mate's face and gave him the most passionate kiss I could, leaning my forehead against his. "No matter what happens tonight, remember that I love you. Forever." I whispered, fighting back the tears.

He just nodded, the tears fighting to roll over his lower lashes. "I love you too, Taehyung. Forever." He sniffed and got pulled out by Jungkook. I didn't even look at Jimin and ran downstairs and outside, only to see the rogues already fighting with the members of our pack.

I shifted and howled, running towards the outcasts that dared to touch my family. I saw Jin struggling with a much bigger alpha on top of him, so I ran towards them and knocked the wolf off Jin. He looked at me thankfully and began to attack the next one.

I fought the best I could, I felt claws tearing through my fur and teeth sinking into my shoulder. Everyone was determined but it were too many. I got pressed to the ground by another alpha on top of me, and I struggled to get him off. He sneered into my ear, his claws drilling themselves into my shoulder.

I hissed, I tried to collect my energy to push him off before he could finish me with a bite to the neck, but before I could react the weight got knocked off my shoulders.

I stood up, my vision getting a bit blurred, but I could make out the scent of Minghao. A second after the realization I heard a loud howl, and wolves practically gushing out from behind the tree-line. The Floralis are here, thank god.

Now the fight was more equal, I fought side by side with Minghao, a thing I've never imagined in my wildest dreams. Some of the rogues already fled the scene, but the majority were persistent.

I tried to look around, searching for my friends. I saw Hoseok pinning another wolf down and snapping at his throat, but not actually biting him. Jimin fought along with Jin to scare some omegas away, but I couldn't find Namjoon.

I ran through the fighting mass, dodging razor-sharp claws and terrifying close maws. Then I saw him, fighting to get two wolves off a pack member. I couldn't exactly make out who, since I saw only bits of the wolves fur.

The closer I got, the realization hit me. It was my dad. The closer I got the more I sped up, but it was too late. Everything seemed to happen in slow motion, one of the wolves opened his giant muzzle, teeth flashing in the faint moonlight.

And these exact teeth sunk into my father's throat.

I didn't know what to do, I just stood there frozen and panting. My heart shattered into a million pieces, my world stopped spinning.

The wolf who killed my father let out a triumphant howl, and with that my sadness and pain changed into fury and a need for vengeance.

I looked at the moon and let out the loudest howl, full of all my emotions, the howl which declared that someone died and that the pack needed to seek vengeance for their leader.

The fighting stopped for a brief moment, everyone looking in my direction, and finally, my eyes met the ones of my mother. The determination changed into overwhelming sadness, but the sadness changed into untamed anger.

I growled as loud as I could and charged at the wolf on top of my father, his killer. Everyone seemed filled with new energy, the energy of revenge.
