lost not found [haikyuuxmalereader]

chapter three

raikuu sat herself beside m/n and turned to him. the first year paused in his actions and sat his pencil down. "what do you want raikuu?"

she shook her head. "nothing, it's just..." she trailed off, not knowing how to continue.

m/n rose an eyebrow and motioned for her to keep taking. "it's just?"

"you've changed since you started high school." she finished. she pursed her lips in thought. "you're a bit more expressive than you used to be, and you seem happier."

the boy blushed a bit, embarrassed to not have noticed these thing himself. "really?"

"yeah!" his sister exclaimed. she stood up and threw her arms up excitedly. "it's a good change, and maybe you'll have a boyfriend soon too!" she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, her mood suddenly changing.

the blush on m/n's face grew hotter as he processed raikuu's words. he shook his head and covered his face. "no!" he shouted. "no! i'm still too young for that nee-san!"

raikuu laughed heartily at her little brother's misery. she ruffled his hair with a smile. "don't worry, you'll have two more years to find the one you want. and then after that you'll have four more to decided whether or not you want to spend the rest of your life with them."

m/n uncovered his face. "you sound like an old woman."

raikuu puffed her cheeks angrily and hit him. "i'm not old!"
