"GOSH DARNIT" Kirsten yelled in pain. She had just stubbed her toe on the door. she hopped along into her room, and flopped on the bed, holding her right big toe. She winced in pain and rocked in her chair for a few seconds. "Why does this always happen to meee-" Kirsten sighed. She then stood up for a second, realized how bad it hurt, then started hopping around in circles in pain. "Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow" after a few seconds passed by, she was done having a hissy fit over her toe and headed back to her room. As she entered her room, her butt started buzzing "what-" she then remembered she had her phone in her back pocket. She then pulled out her phone, with a smooth black case protecting it from cracks and dust particles. "1 new notification; instagram" Kirsten opened her phone and sat on her bed. "

Kirsten lay on her bed, phone in her hand, her arms to the side. She melted into the beds soft fabric as her toe started to feel better. She lifted her leg to look at her toe. "Wow, i forgot about you sue." Kirsten laughed, then stopped. "i'm the definition of lonely." she put her foot back down and covered up in her sheets. She lay down and scrolled through her contacts. She found Ally's contact and decided to shoot her a text.

"Alright ma' i'll se you on Christmas!" Albert blew a kiss at his parents, then walked out the door, closing it behind him. He stepped into his car, and drove off. He decided, he was gonna listen to some t u n e s.
He hooked up his iphone to the car, and popped on Spotify. He then started singing to "Sunflower" by Orange Rex County on full volume (it truly is a coincidence that I knew about this song before finding out that it was Alberts favorite i swear-) then not too long later, the song stops.
"HEY-" his phone starts ringing, very loudly.
"HOLY JESUS" Albert yelled and covered his ears while slamming on the breaks (don't worry he was on a dirt road with not much cars). he turns down his volume and answers the phone without checking who it was. "Yello?" "Hey! I got extremely bored so I called!" It was Kirsten on the other end.
"Oh! So i'm your last resort? I felt very loved by that-" "oh hush. Try saying that to me a year ago, you would have gotten slapped." "Yea, you're right-" Albert trailed off.
"Hey uh listen, i'm sorry..."
"about..?"
"About you know...breaking your heart...twice.."
"uh oh, what happened?"
"What-"
"you already went through your apologies along time ago, we left off on good terms. Now, what happened?"
"How-"
"i need answers Albert~"
Albert sat there silently for a few moments, regretting what he was about to say. "Well I uh...." "i'm listening" "I got dumped."
"Wait what-"
Albert had only just realized that it had been literally 2 years since they've last spoken. "Oh uh...yea.. I had a girlfriend, and she dumped me- last month actually.."
"you sound so depressed by that-"
"yea- i really thought there was something there, I did nothing wrong either! We had a loving relationship!"
"What about being racist and all of those edgy jokes"
"where-"
"lets not forget the constant swearing-"
"i'm different now, how'd you know about that?"
"You told me about your youtube channel when we were still dating, i'm guessing you went ham on the cuss words after we broke up"
"... stalker"
"hey! You're the one that reached out to me!"
Albert let out a soft laugh. "Yea i guess i did didn't I-" Kirsten giggled
"whats so funny?"
"Don't worry about it!"
"Right.... so uh, friends?" There was some awkward silence.
"Who ever said we ever stopped being friends?"
" the fact that you ghosted me for years? That was pretty harsh, ya know"
"right- but yea, we're still friends"
Albert had a big goofy grin on his face, he hadn't felt this happy in a long time, even when he was in the relationship with Lana, he just Wasn't at his peak happiness.
"Well i just pulled into my driveway, i'll see you tomorrow at 5:00 ok?"
"Ok! I love you!"
"What did you say? You're breaking up-"
Kirsten's eyes widened as she realizes what she just said. "I didn't say anything, my windows open so you may have heard the wind"
"oh! Ok- well i'll see ya tomorrow!"
"Bye bye!"
"Bye!"
Beep. Albert stared at his phone screen, trying to make out what she was trying to say. "Maybe it was just the wind.." Albert thought to himself. He turned off the car and went inside.
Kirsten on the other hand was as red as a beet. "Oh my god did i really just say that-?" She sat there rolling around on her bed like a child who was throwing a temper tantrum. "AHHHHHH I DID SAY THAT! OH MY GOD I FEEL SO BAD! WHAT IF HE DID HEAR ME AND WAS PLAYING DUMBBBBBBBBBB"
After screaming for a few more minutes, she just laid there, thinking. "I do miss having him as a friend..." she immediately thought of all the fun times they shared, all of the hugs, the forehead kisses, everything that you can think of thats wholesome, they probably did. "I miss that.." and without a second further, she fell asleep.

Sorry that i took forever!! I was too busy reading other books n school stuff!
