"I'm leaving Luna, atleast come say goodbye to me outside." Thomas says. I sigh and nod, following him outside. It's been half an hour in which I had joked with Zach and Jace while Thomas had sat glaring at us. I can feel Zach's gaze on me as I go outside. Thomas looks at me, grinning brightly.
"Hopefully on our next date, we won't get interrupted." He says. That is if there is another one...
"Uh, yeah haha." I say resisting the urge to roll my eyes. I look at the door once were outside to see Zach standing there, his arms folded. His eyes narrow to slits as he stares at Thomas and I follow his gaze and almost scream in shock when I see he's leaning down to kiss me. Oh god all I can think is Zach is watching, Zach is watching. I quickly turn my head so that his lips collide on my cheeks in a very wet kiss. Ew.
"Bye babe." He says happily and pulls me in a bone crushing hug. I look back at Zach to see Jace holding Zach tightly from behind as he struggles for god knows what. Tommy boy finally leaves and I breathe out it relief. I feel a sharp pain suddenly in my chest and gasp at it's sharpness but it's gone as soon as it came. I take a deep breathe to calm myself down and start walking back inside.
"Break it up you two." I snap at Zach and Jace who were now in a kind of weird wresting match. I just want to go home now and relax.
"Are you okay Luna, you look pale." Zach asks, eyeing me closely.
"I am fine, I just want to go home." I tell him. I quickly walk over to Jordan and Cassie who are talking together and eating.
"I want to go home guys, Jordan please drop us." I say. They both look excited as they stand up and open their mouths to say something, probably about today but a massive headache was beginning in my head.
"Please don't speak, I'm not feeling well, just drop me home." I beg. They look at me concerned.
"What's wrong, is it a headache?" Cassie asks.
"Or stomach ache or fever?" Jordan asks. If only they knew...
"It's just a headache, please can we go now?" They both nod and I grab my gift from the table and we start moving outside where Zach and Jace are still talking.
"We are leaving. Bye guys." I say, waving.
"Wait!" Jace says holding out his fist. I raise an eyebrow at his raised fist before understanding dawns on me. He wants to fist bump me. I quickly fist bump him before staring to walk away when another hand touches my shoulder turning me around.
"Aren't you gonna fist bump me dude?" Zach asks smirking.
"No, you don't deserve it." I say rolling my eyes at him even though a stupid smile was creeping it's way to my face. He pouts in his adorable way before holding out his fist, a smug expression on his face. I fist bump him and then turn to leave, but not before fist bumping his shoulder too, hard.
"Ow!" He whines.
"Be careful around her, she's an abusive girl." Jordan warns Zach with a serious face. That just earns him another hard elbow on the ribs as everyone bursts out laughing.
"Let's go Jordan." I say and get in the car.
Once I'm finally home and ring the doorbell, my dad opens the door. Finally he hasn't got work today so he's home.
"Hey dad." I say to him smiling.
"Luna." He says smiling back and pulling me in a hug. "Who gave you the gift?" He asks eyeing it. I see Carson standing behind him probably ready to interrogate me about my date.
