As I made my way to the entrance I immediately saw trouble: dozens of men lined up began to shoot. I ducked back into the room behind the chair, holding myself tight, hoping the bullets flying to end. This was it. After all this, killing Theo and all, his stupid thugs would be the ones to end me.
I head several grunts, shooting, and then silence. I looked up. Blood trickled into the room from the hall. I slowly walked to the entrance.
A layer of bodies carpeted the floor, surrounding one singular man. He turned around and it was as if he never grew up. His round face. His orange hair...my kindergarten boyfriend was somehow standing right in front of me.
