"What did happen yesterday?"

Kageyama poked my head, "You don't remember? Is your brain dead?"

"I--" I was interrupted by a familiar voice coming from the middle of a nearby crowd.

"And above all, restoring the town's fiscal health to continue its revitalization project," The man in the front holding the microphone announces. "Only when these are achieved can a safe and secure community be created. As the incumbent mayor--"

"He's just gonna get reelected again."

"Making a bunch of promises for popularity."

"He's going to give so many strict rules."

I walked past the crowd trying to avoid eye contact.

"Shoyo!"

Ugh...

The man in front yelled at me, "Shoyo! Stand up straight and walk properly!"

The man was my dad. He's been the mayor for 4 years now. He has always been really strict on me and even calls me out in public just like this time. It's so embarrassing. I hate it so much!

"The mayor is strict even to his own family."

"That's so embarrassing."

"How pitiful!"

As we turned around the corner, Tsukishima snickered, "Heh... Sucks to be you huh?"

I glared at him. "Shut up..."

Why me? Why can't I just have a normal happy life? Why is my life like this?

"Eh?"

When we arrived at school, everyone kept glancing at me.

"Oh, Hinata-san! Are you feeling okay today?"

"Hinata! Help me defeat the boss level later 'kay?"

"Hey, Hinata-kun, when did you get so smart?"

Huh?

Feeling okay? Boss level? So Smart?

What exactly happened yesterday? And why don't I remember?

Who are you?

My notebook had those words written on the last page.

I didn't write it though. What's going on?

What happened?

As I thought about the writing, Sensei was starting the lesson.

"Tasokare which means who is that and is the origin of the word tasogare-doki. Tasogare-doki or twilight, when it's neither night nor day. When the world blurs and one might encounter something not human..."

No matter how hard I tried to pay attention, my mind kept going back to the writings and yesterday.

Hmm...

It's like I was someone else. Doing their own stuff but in my body? No... That's just stupid.

"Hinata-san!"

It's like sensei's voice popped my thought bubble.

"Hai!" I stood up.

Sensei smiled at me. "I see you remember your name today."

Everyone laughed though I didn't understand why or what sensei meant.

"You really don't remember?" Kageyama asked me.
