Chapter 7

A/N: MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! I haven't been updating recently because of school and writer's block... "Eh? But aren't you just transcribing a movie and then editing stuff?"  Yes... but no. There are a lot of times when I need to change a whole scene to get it to make sense in the Haikyuu universe while still making it follow roughly the same plot (which totally sucked in that last chapter with the Nohebi thing, it was cringy as hell). But since it's Christmas I wanted to give you children another chapter. So even though it's short and shitty (like me) I hope you enjoy it at least a little.

"What... is this..."

Shoyo?

Why was that written on hand? I didn't write it, the handwriting is kinda messy. Did Tora write it?

But not just that...

"EH?"

Why am I wearing my uniform? Did I wear it to sleep?

Before anything else, I quickly changed into a new uniform.

Why would I sleep with it on? What even happened yesterday?

I prepared my food and bag. As I took my phone, I checked to see if I could remember something.

A diary entry?

I cheered him up with my funny energeticness! :D

What does that mean? "Energeticness"? And those emoticons...

This doesn't make any sense!

"Oi Kenma!" The familiar voice and duo made my confusing day even weirder, and it was only the start of the day.

"Tora? Fukunaga? Why are you here?"

Tora smiled. "Kuroo said you got lost yesterday, man! We decided to come get you."

"Got lost? What do you mean?" Is this some kind of joke? If it is then...

"Did you guys write that on my phone?"

They both looked at me with puzzled faces.

"Ah nevermind..." If they didn't do it then...

When we got to school, I made my way to the classroom first.

"You guys go first, I'm gonna check on something," I told them.

While I left, I heard Fukunaga mumble, "Yesterday he was kinda cute."

Me? Cute? What the hell happened yesterday?

Maybe I could figure out something in class.

All I found in my classroom...

Was more confusion.

"Kozume-kun!" I heard one of my classmates call out to me. She sounded irritated.

I instinctively looked down as I saw her come closer.

Now that I think about it, I remember seeing her watch our practices from behind the gym door and chatting to her friends about Kuro. I've seen her go the same route home as us before. From what I heard from Kuro, she baked cookies for him before. I'm pretty sure she likes him.

"Oi, Kozume-kun! I know you and Kuro know each other well but what was with you two yesterday, huh? You guys seemed a lot closer than usual."

What does she mean by that? 

She made an annoyed grunt at me, "I swear... Did you guys do something in the storage closet?"

"Eh?" What does she mean by THAT? Did something happen yesterday? Why can't I remember?

"OI KENMA!" The familiar call that usually annoyed me made me sigh in relief.

"Ah!" The girl quickly fixed herself up and tried to act natural.

Kuro waved at me to come to him. I stood up and walked over to Kuro. I saw Kuro look behind me and realized the girl was still watching us.

He ignored it and smiled at me. "Yamamoto told me you were here. Did you forget about practice? Let's go and give it our all!" He looked at me expectantly and I returned an awkward smile. 

I glanced at the girl who glared at me before I followed Kuro to the gym. I still don't get it... Am I going crazy? Is everyone going crazy? Did I somehow do something yesterday without realizing it? And who's 'Shoyo'?
