"I'm stuffed!" You rubbed your stomach as you walked beside Kaneki
"Same. It's good that we have some leftovers"
You nodded, thinking back to the leftovers you stored in a plastic bag that had luckily been in your backpack
"The power to transfer power! That is the quirk I inherited! I was crowned with One for All!"
You peeked around the corner and saw Deku along with a thin man.
You motioned Kaneki over and placed your pointer finger over your lip, telling him to be quiet
You quickly looked back over the corner, not noticing the blush on Kaneki's face
"One For All.." Deku muttered
"That's right! One person cultivates the power who passes it on to another person, who also cultivates it and passes it on"
You tilted your head, confused on what they were talking about
"It is the crystallization of power that spins together the voices of those who need help with a courageous heart" The thin looking man said, clenching his fist
"Why are you... Why are you giving me something so great?" Deku asked
"I have been looking for a successor. And then, I thought it would be alright for you to inherit it" The man replied
"You are just a quirk less hero fanboy, but you were more heroic than anyone else back there!"
You looked at Kaneki, a confused expression on your face "Successor? Heroic? What are they talking about?"
Kaneki just shrugged before paying attention to the man and Deku
"My broccoli is crying!" You always got sad when you saw Deku cry. Kaneki too, but he doesn't;'t cry much nowadays
"I'm going to go."
You looked over at Kaneki who had an angry look on his face "I'll come with you" He replied coldly.
Kaneki grew jealous when he heard what you said about Deku, but he tried to let it go
You shrugged it off and ran over to Deku, hugging him "Deku! Why are you crying?" You asked, his face in front of yours
"(m-m/n)? Kaneki?!" You nodded, Kaneki behind you
"Th-that's All Might!" Deku shouted as he pointed at the skinny looking male.
You turned to look at the man and noticed he was already staring at you
"Eh?! That's him? I remember him being more muscular! You should go get your eyes checked Deku"
Kaneki nodded, agreeing with you "He looks nothing light All Might" Kaneki said, pointing at the man
"B-but he is! He was All Might and then-poof!" Deku explained frantically while he pointed at the man
"Okay, okay!"
He sighed in relief before looking at All Might
"It's up to you. What'll you do?" All Might asked, getting back on topic.
Deku wiped his tears and stood up "I'll do it!" He replied
"And immediate response! That's what I thought you'd say!"
You stood there with Kaneki behind you, both of you confused on what they were talking about
"Can I explain to them?" Deku asked, motioning to me and Kaneki.
All Might nodded "It has to be kept secret" All Might said to you and Kaneki.
Both you quickly nodded and turned over to Deku "I'll tell you on our way home" He said, smiling nervously.
You and Kaneki both turned around to notice All Might had already left
"Guess he left. Oh well. Let's start walking!"
