I Miss You

When the group left Zeus' cabin Percy had his arm slung over Annabeth's shoulder.
"Hey, wise girl, do you want to come to my cabin, we can hang out, talk?

"That sounds great, seaweed brian." Annabeth was a little tired but she didn't want to leave Percy, this was the perfect opportunity.

As they were walking to the Poseidon cabin Nico smirked at them, Annabeth started blushing but Percy did not understand why.

As soon as Annabeth and Percy closed the door to cabin 3, Percy immediately fell onto his bed.

"Annabeth, I miss you."

"I'm right here, seaweed brain, how can you miss me?"

"Well, I know you are right here, but I feel like I'm not close enough to you, if this makes sense. I love you and I just want to be with you always. I don't really know how to explain, but I have this feeling, it's like I miss you even though you are right there in front of me."

Annabeth understood what he meant, she felt the same way sometimes. To fix the problem she lied down next to Percy, resting her head on his shoulder.

"What do you want to do?" Percy was not that tired so he was ready to do something with Annabeth.

"Well, I'm pretty tired, but, can we clean?" Annabeth had to have her work space clear in order to focus because of her ADHD, Percy did not. If Percy wanted Annabeth to read or work in his cabin, he had to clean it first.

Percy agreed so they started cleaning, there wasn't too much they could do at this time of night though.

     "Annabeth, come here." Percy had fallen back into his bed and reached his arms out for Annabeth.

       Annabeth smirked but went over to him, as soon as she was within his reach he slipped his arms around her waist and pulled her into a hug.

       Annabeth laughed and tried to stand up. it Percy wouldn't let go.

     "Do you want to say anything?"

"Nothing, I just love you."

      "What?" His grip loosened and Annabeth took the opportunity to escape his grasp.

"You're so cute, just all the time." Annabeth kissed him on the cheek and stood up. "Alright, Percy, I should probably go, this is technically breaking the rules. I'll see you in the morning."

"See you in the morning, I love you."
