48- Pizza And Movies

(Season 1 x 21)

After not being able to find Eddie the night before, Katrina and Barry went back to STAR Labs, and they all agreed to try and keep his disappearance quiet.  Barry, Katrina and Joe met up the next morning at CCPD, looking over some case files, when the Captain comes out of his office, "Where is Thawne?" he asks them.

"He took some personal time" Joe tells him.
"Yeah, uh, Eddie's been going through some stuff, captain" Barry tells him.
"Yeah, aren't we all? Got anything on theses gold-store robberies, perp hit two more in the last week and we got nothing" he says to them.

"We're working on it" Joe tells him.
"We've been just waiting on some final results in the lab" Katrina tells the captain.
"All right, pick up the pace. And see if somebody can contact the Flash and Bolt, maybe they can help speed things up "the captain says to them, and they all just look at him, "You know what I mean, get going" he says as he then walks away from them.

"Anything?" Joe asks looking at Barry and Katrina.
"No, and we looked everywhere" Katrina tells him.
Joe sighs, "Keep looking" he tells them.
"Of course, we will" Barry says to him and they two of them walk away and head up to their lab to work on the case the captain asked about.

"We will find him Barry" Katrina says to him as they walk up the stairs.
"I know...I mean we looked everywhere last night, and got nothing" Barry says to her.
"We will just keep trying, and I sent a message to Bruce asking if he can run CCTV footage through his computer and hope it can find something" Katrina tells him.

"He can do that for us?" Barry asks her.
"Of course, he can" she says as they enter their lab.
"I mean...isn't he like super busy with other billionaire things" he says to her.
"Barry, he has the time trust me" she says as she goes over to the computer and Barry grabs their files.
"Why don't' we work on this for a little bit, then run around looking" Katrina suggests to Barry.

"Yeah...yeah we can" he says as the two of them get to work on the cases that the Captain had asked about . As they continue working, they hear footsteps and see Iris come walking into their lab, "Hey" she says to them.

"Oh, hey we were about to head out, what's going on?" Katrina asks as they start to put their jackets on.
"Something happened" she says to them. "And I'm not supposed to say anything, but I couldn't keep quiet" she adds.
"What happened?" Barry asks her.
"The Man in Yellow, he took Eddie right in front of me" she tells them.
"Oh my God!" Barry says as he reaches out to touch her and she moves back, "Are you okay?" he asks.

"No, no, not at all" Iris says to them.
"Of course, not" Katrina says to her.
"The Flash and Bolt were there, they told me to go home and not to talk to anyone because they would fix it, but they haven't" she says to them, "I think the police should be out searching for Eddie" she adds.

"Iris, no, we don't" "My dad needs to know the truth" Iris says interrupting Katrina as her and Barry go to get their bags out of their lockers.
"Uh..I think the Flash and Bolt are right. Joe and the cops, they're no match for the Man in Yellow, Iris. They would just get hurt" Barry says to her.

"Barry's right, this Man in Yellow is dangerous, the Flash and Bolt are the best option to be looking for him" Katrina adds as she takes Barry's hand in hers for them to leave.
"So, you two think the Flash and Bolt are out there right now, searching for Eddie" Iris says as she walks over to them.

"I'm sure they are doing everything they can to find him" Barry says looking at her.
Iris looks at the two of them, "Yeah, well, I'm finding it pretty hard to trust the Flash and Bolt right now" she says and Katrina can sense that there's more behind her words.
"Well, then trust us, okay" Barry says to her, "Look we are so sorry about all this, everything is gonna be okay, but we have to go" he says and the two of them walk out of the lab.
