Seungwoo POV

Seungsik was not pleased with me.

I mean, I couldn't really blame him. Haneul wouldn't shut up about Frozen, and Seungsik despised the entire franchise. It was so like him to hate ice princesses that made all children happy, but even Haneul's incessant talk about Elsa and Anna and frozen fractals was driving me up the wall. I felt a little bad. We had invaded his precious studio solace and we were staying the night. Luckily, Seungsik loved me, but I could tell that he was irritated with our presence.

I couldn't believe that my wife and I were in yet another fight. Seriously, could any problems stay away from us? It was inconvenient and unwelcome.

But the whole point of our argument was that I wasn't sure it was entire unwelcome on her end. She often talked to me about how I was always busy. And then there's a hickey on her neck. Was it so crazy to think that she had entertained the thought of being with other guys? Honestly, who wouldn't prefer a constant, selfless love with a better man over an unsteady marriage to a stubborn, kinda lame guy with a busy schedule?

Seul would have never walked out on me like that. Hell, she probably called Aera and they were probably curled up on the couch, watching a movie. Maybe doing some more hickeys.

I felt like a terrible father when Haneul passed out on the studio's tiny couch without brushing her teeth. She still had on her street clothes; I hadn't bothered to put pajamas on her. Did it matter? Did anything matter anymore?

"What'd you fight with your wife about?" Seungsik asked me.

I looked up to see him watching me thoughtfully, his pen in his mouth.

"Nothing." I mumbled.

"Don't be shy." He teased, reaching out to pinch my cheek. I dodged him with a scowl and he smiled at me. "C'mon. Tell me. You can't live here with Haneul, so you better tell me so I can fix it for you."

"Ah...I really can't." I dropped my head into my hands. "It involves someone else."

"She cheated on you?" Seungsik asked in a gravelly voice. I lifted my head to stare at him. He gave a slight shrug. "What?"

I said nothing, just flicked my eyes to Haneul. She'd started snoring, which I found adorable.

"Seungwoo, aren't you a little too old to walk out on your wife like that? Even if she cheated, she's having your baby soon. You should forgive her."

I made a face. "She didn't cheat. I mean, she asked her friend to do a hickey for her, but I don't care. Aera can kiss her however the fuck they want, even some more hickeys. It was her response to the hickey that I didn't particularly care for."

Seungsik smirked. "What? She told you all the juicy details? Like how good she is with her tongue or something?"

"Shut the fuck up." I swiped at him half-heartedly. "My wife's not gay."

Seungsik tapped me on the head with his bitten pen. I flicked off a spot of his spit from my forehead in disgust.

"How would you feel if your wife told you that she asked her friend to do a hickey on her just so her husband could feel the way she's hurting? And she told you that her mind is a mess at that time." I pushed my hair back in a resentful way. "You know, she almost left me because of shit. You know? I told her about the tv show and she throws a fucking fit, but then she had a hickey to challenge me? How dare she get mad at me and bring up Hana? How fucking petty."

"Right. That's why you left your wife, who could give birth at any moment, by the way, and came here. With your three years old daughter. Because you're not petty."
