AN: Hey guys, welcome to part 7 of my story. I am probably going to do Perthena. However there will be some Perzoe, but not too much. Also, later on, I won't write sex scenes because I probably can't write them and they are a little weird for me to write. Anyways, please review for your favourite ship, and enjoy!

Recap

Perseus was finally able to take a good look at her, and the first thing he noticed was how beautiful she was. He wasn't in love, but looking at her, he felt the most amount of affection he had ever felt for a woman besides his mother. He noticed her pretty onyx eyes and silky, black hair that reached her shoulder blades. Her face was soft, yet it had a regal look to it.

He moved his gaze back to her eyes, and said, "I promise I won't touch you without your permission, but I need you to talk to me. What is your name ma'am?"

The girl was surprised by Perseus' use of the word 'ma'am', before replying, "My name is Zoë."

Present:

"My name is Perseus," Perseus started. "That oaf over there is my brother Achilles." Achilles shoved his brother playfully while growling.

"You're...You're the sons of Thetis?" Zoë asked, eyes widening.

"At your service," Perseus said while bowing. His eyes widened quickly. "Wait, how did you know that? Are you a demigod?"

Zoë looked down. "Don't worry," Perseus said. "My brother and I swear on the Styx that we won't hurt you." Thunder rolled overhead as Zoë eyes widened at the oath. "Before you say anything, however, I have to ask. Why did you come so close to the camp? If Achilles and I weren't sparing, you'd be in Agamemnon's tent by now."

Zoë was silent for a moment, before slowly looking up at Perseus. "I was banished from my home because I helped someone. I've been travelling for weeks but I don't know where to go."

Perseus looked at her curiously. "But why come to Troy? How did you even get here?"

Zoë looked at the warrior nervously. "I hid on a ship, but I didn't realize it was a war ship until it was too late. I snuck out at night, but one of those men grabbed me." Fresh tears welled up in her eyes.

Perseus walked up to her and gave her a slow hug. She stiffened at first, but slowly gave in and returned the favor. Perseus felt guilty about questioning her and treating her so badly, but he knew there was something else. "Is there anything else you aren't telling me?" he said softly.

Zoë at this point was shaking. Her face had gone pale and her eyes couldn't meet his. "My father... is Atlas. The titan."

Perseus was shocked. Zoë screwed up her eyes as she saw Perseus' eyes widen. After a while, she opened her eyes to a sight she would have never imagined. Perseus was laughing. "You think I care about who your father is? I couldn't care less that your father was Atlas. You don't seem anything like him. You seem kind and brave."

Zoë was very confused. "But, my father...shouldn't you hate him? You are a demigod?"

Perseus laughed again. "I don't hate the Titans as much as I hate the Olympians. They are arrogant and immature, and they only think about themselves."

Zoë was shocked at his outburst. Before she could respond, Achilles burst into their tent. "Bro you have to get over here. Agamemnon is coming, and he looks furious."

Perseus chuckled. "Let him come, I'll just embarrass him again." Achilles smirked before going back outside the tent.

Perseus looked back that the girl in his tent. He grabbed her hand from shaking and tilted her chin up so that they were making eye contact. "You have nothing to fear Zoë. No one is foolish enough to challenge my brother or I, and you are under our protection. Without us, Troy will never fall, so Agamemnon will never touch you, I swear it on the Styx."

Zoë looked at him in shock as thunder rolled overhead for the second time. "Why are you protecting me?"

Perseus gave a soft smile. "At first, it was because I didn't like Agamemnon. However, now I am protecting you because I like you, and I want to get to know you as a friend. You look like you've been going through a lot, and you need to catch a break." Before Zoë could reply, Perseus slung his shield over his shoulder and picked up his sword and sheathed it.

When he got outside, he saw Agamemnon glaring at his brother, and smirked. "What can I do for you, my lord?"

Agamemnon glared at the young prince. "I want my prize back. If you don't, you will face my wrath."

Perseus cocked his head sideways, and just stood there for a few minutes. For every second that passed, Agamemnon got more upset. "Give me my prize godsdammit!"

Perseus chuckled. "How about no."

Agamemnon's eyes widened. He expected resistance, but not a flat out 'no'.

"Come at me bro," Perseus said cheekily. "Send your best men. If they win, take her. If not, she's mine, and mine alone."

Agamemnon motioned to one of his men. "Pylas, retrieve my prize."

Pylas stepped forward, determination in his electric blue eyes. Perseus warily unsheathed his sword and brought up his shield. He noticed the cracking in the eyes of his opponent and the energy around his spear.

Pylas charged with confidence, and Perseus blocked with his shield. "Interesting, a son of Zeus." Pylas' eyes widened. At this moment, he realized that Perseus and his brother Achilles were both demigods. However, they weren't just standard demigods, but the most powerful demigods in existence.

Pylas jabbed again with his spear, but Perseus dodged it, and went on the offensive. He slashed and stabbed with his sword so quickly that the mortals watching couldn't even make out his movements. They just saw a bronze blur as Perseus pounded Pylas, making the son of Zeus go on the heavy defense.

However, Perseus overextended with a stab, and Pylas took his chance. With a quick grunt, he jabbed his spear into the chest of his opponent. To his shock, and the shock of everyone in attendance, the speak tip broke at the contact with Perseus' chest. "Oops," Perseus said with a smirk. He quickly swung his shield hard, knocking his opponent to the ground before stabbing him in the throat, swiftly killing him.

"You might have had better luck if you sent more than one," Perseus replied, directing it towards the King of Mycenae. The King looked over at the prince with wide eyes. He looked at the other men accompanying him, but no one wanted to try their hand against Perseus.

"This isn't over Perseus," Agamemnon snarled. "You will pay for crossing me."

"I look forward to it, my lord," Perseus said with his signature smirk. "I hope you have a better challenge for me instead of one simple spearman."

Agamemnon was furious. He spun around and headed back towards his tent. "Prepare for war! Tomorrow, we march on Troy!"
