"WHAT am I supposed to do with these exactly?" Khierra had asked Meul for the fifth time, raising the rocks she held with both her hands.

"Argh! I already told you!" he whined and messed up his hair. "Y-y'know! You just uhh.. ting! Like, cling cling that!" He answered, motioning both his hands.

She stared at him for a few seconds before bursting into laughter. It's the third time of this year that I've ever seen her laugh like that.

I smiled and shook my head as she started to mimick him and laughed loudly.

"S-stop! Wh-what the h-heck is wrong with y-you?!"

"Oh my God! This is the second time I've ever seen you look so pathetic! HAHAHA!"

While the two were still at it, I decided to stand and silently leave the area.

It's been 7hours since we've been here in front of the tower. Khierra had found Yula's mark like I ordered her to. Though there were no traces of Theia anywhere. Our guess would probably be 90% correct. That it may be her who got transported somewhere else.

I took the flat emerald gem from my pocket and stared at the maiden carved at it. The Goddess and the Guardian of Nature. Yula. It shone beautifully in my hand, under the night sky.

I then looked the my other hand and sighed. It's been a long time since I've ever used my powers.

Not that I didn't know how to use them anymore, it's that I don't want to be out of control again. It's pathetic. It's a curse. A curse I somehow enjoy to live in.

I let out a breath and glanced behind me for a moment before closing my eyes.

The image of the roaring waves and the beautiful scenery of the seaside had first came up on my mind. The clashing of the water and the rocks, as little sea creatures had came up to the sand.

My body had felt like it had been carried off slowly and carefully with the ocean waves. The tingling sensation had made me want to open my eyes and see how it looks like whenever I use my abilities, yet I remained with my eyes closed.

After a few seconds, the peaceful and soft sounds of little waves had greeted my ears. I fluttered my eyes open and inhaled the pleasing scent of the ocean, then letting it all out with a big sigh.

I looked at the spot where I had usually sat whenever I visit here, and made my way to it.

"What are we gonna do here?"

She smiled and tapped on the small space beside her. I frowned a little but sat on the rock anyway.

The scenery looked beautiful. I never knew the ocean could shine like this under the night sky.

"Beautiful, isn't it?"

I turned to her and froze for a moment. She was already staring at me with THAT look. The look she gave me whenever she wanted to tell me something important.

"What.. is it?" I hesitated.

There was no response from her. Instead, she rested her palm on top of my hand and closed her eyes. Her hair flowed and danced gracefully like a leaf, along the low and cool breeze, while her skin shone as if it were a crystal that was reflecting the moon's rays.

"Sometimes.."

I looked away as she opened her eyes and focused on the beautiful scenery before us.

"I just wish you were never born.."

I stopped then stared at the rock for a moment. With a sigh, I sat on it and placed Yula's mark beside me, the exact place where she had sat.
