"Airi, stop running around.", Shoto sighed. "You're making me dizzy."

Airi giggled, still trying to chase the small firefly that was trying its best to also run away from Airi around the field. Airi continued to chase the firefly despite Shoto's comment, and when the small circle of light finally landed on one of the flowers, she stopped abruptly and kneeled down, matching its height with the insect.

Shoto stared at his bestfriend from his vision, not even realising he was softly smiling as well. He was leaning back on both of his arms, the picnic mat resting on the ground beneath him. The packet of cookies were scattered on the mat in front of him, due to Airi's recklessness since she was just so eager to catch that small firefly. Shoto couldn't help but to notice the feeling of butterflies in his stomach whenever he had Airi with him, the sudden eagerness whenever they agreed to hang out and just by the mere presence of Airi would make his heartbeat so much faster.

Shoto knew he was falling in love for Airi, but he didn't want Airi to know that. She wouldn't be feeling the same towards him either, so why should he even bother to tell her this tiny sprout of love of his?

Suddenly, Airi lets out a small screech, landing on her butt. Shoto's ears perked up at the sound of her, his attention back onto the girl. Airi jutted her lower lip, her eyes signifying they were dissapointed since the firefly flew away in just within a few seconds. Shoto shaked his head lightly, shifting his legs to sit cross legged before Airi too walked towards him whist still pouting.

"I almost got it in my hands, then it probably got shocked when I got nearer and it flew away."

Shoto chuckled lightly. "Why don't you just use your quirk to stop it?"

Airi had the quirk to stop anyone or anything in his movements, and even stop someone for using his quirk for a minute if she stared long enough into its eyes. Yes, it was a strong quirk since you could easily kill a villain within a minute if she managed to let its movements to stop, but Airi still couldn't control her focus on someone's eyes for too long, which was one of her weakness that she still needed to improve. However, Airi was still labeled as one of the strongest students in their class.

"That would be evil. It still has its own life, we shouldn't stop something from getting its own freedom.", Airi responded, sitting beside Shoto.

Shoto nodded, silently agreeing to Airi. Despite having a very strong quirk, Airi herself was too nice for her own good. She even claims some villains are nice for a few times during their practise. Fortunately, if it weren't for Shoto to stop and make her realise during the battle in USJ, she could have given a chance for the villain to live and take her own life during their fight.

"Did you know, some of the stars we are looking at now could be planets?", Airi suddenly started, her gaze on the twinkling night sky.

Shoto raised an eyebrow, feeling curious. He too matched her gaze, gazing upon the night sky. "How do you know that?"

Airi took a few seconds to think, before she answered. "Because stars are too far away for us to see. So some of the small twinkling dots we are looking at now are probably a few million light years away from here, though they actually are huge in size."

Airi then pointed to one of the twinkling white dots. "See that one?"

Shoto followed her finger, and he then saw an especially large white dot in the centre of their vision. "Yeah?"
