Mia's POV
Just as I was watching Finn walked away with his group of friends, I felt a pair of eyes staring at me and I directed my eyes at the direction that I could feel the stare coming from. It was Elijah. I frowned my eyebrows when I saw that he seemed to be walking towards my way.
Just before he could reach me, Kyle suddenly popped out in front of me, gesturing me towards the drinks and dessert counter. I followed him suit and tried to look back, only to see that Elijah was no longer where he was standing just a few seconds ago. I brushed the thoughts away, thinking that maybe, I was just daydreaming.
"How 's the party so far?" Kyle asked, taking a sip of yet another glass of wine. I was about to pour myself a glass of fruit punch when he gladly offered me a glass of drink.
I muttered a thanks and not thinking of anything, I took a huge sip of what I assumed was fruit punch. I felt a sudden weird burning sensation in my throat in which I ignored. I was already feeling thirsty and all I needed right now is to cool off my throat. 'It's probably just in my head. Kyle couldn't have possibly spiked my drink or something.' I thought to myself.
"Well, I guess it's alright. Wouldn't say I'm fully enjoying it though because my feet is hurting from these killer heels." I glanced over at my feet that already had blisters on them.
Before I could say anything else, I felt lightheaded all of a sudden. I wobbled a little, and lost my balance, as my head started spinning. Kyle quickly took a hold of my arms, preventing me from falling off onto the ground.
I tried to blink for as much as I can, hoping to clear off my vision, but everything's just spinning at this point and I'm seeing double Kyle standing right in front of me. 'Has he always had a twin?' I asked myself and chuckled, probably sounding stupid.
My stomach suddenly felt weird and at this point, it felt like I could pass out anytime soon. I wonder if Kyle had mistakenly gave me some weird ass drink instead of fruit punch. 'I wonder where's Sofia....I haven't seen her since she was gone just now...' I started muttering to myself and the next thing I know, I could barely open my eyes and I felt someone lifting me up, carrying me bridal style but I just can't seem to figure out who it was.
I think I'm heading upstairs, because it was much quieter, with lesser people. I could definitely see body figures here and there but my vision was blurry. I'm then brought into a room, and whoever this person was, he left me on the bed while he went to close the door. I heard a click sound and just then, I suddenly somehow realised what was happening. He was locking me up. In this room. With only him.
I tried to shift away from the bed, trying my best to just get up and run away. But the alcohol is taking over my body and whoever this guy is, he probably might have purposely spiked my drink. Probably realising that I was trying to run away, he quickly grabbed me roughly by the arms, in which I winced at the sudden pain.
I was still feeling lightheaded but I tried my best to stay awake for as long as I can. Though I'm probably half drunk right now, I'm fully aware what's about to happen. I tried to push him away from me for as hard as I could, to which he fell off on the ground. Taking this opportunity as a chance for me to run off, I headed towards the door but just before I got the chance to lock it, the guy managed to take a hold of my legs and pulled it, causing me to fall off hard on the floor. I accidentally bit my lips, suddenly tasting blood.
I forced myself to get up, just wanting to run away right now. But the guy was stronger. He took a hold of my arms again and this time round, he pushed me against the wall, pinning me so that I could not escape anywhere. My vision was still blurry and I cursed at myself, feeling annoyed that I'm still not entirely back on my senses.
Whoever the guy was, he started taking advantage of that moment and started kissing me all over my neck, even biting it. I tried shouting for help, for as loud as I can, in hopes somebody would come to the rescue. He slapped me across the face and pushed me, causing me to fall on the bed. His hands roamed around all over my body, and I squirmed away, feeling disgusted by his touch. Just then, he ripped of the hems of my dress and his hands went under it, tugging on my panties as he forcefully kissed me on the lips while his other hand started unbuckling his belt.
I finally came to my senses and to my horror, my body froze upon seeing who it was. It was as if I was paralysed for a moment. I can't believe it's him. No, this can't be it. He wouldn't have dared to do this. No, it can't be. It can't be Kyle. I suddenly felt warm tears rolling down my cheeks and just before he could do anything else to me, I took all my might and pushed him off my body, with every last bit of energy I had left in me. This time, he accidentally hit his head at the side of the bedside table to which he groaned and cursed out loud.
I took this chance to run as fast as I could towards the door, screaming at the top of my lungs begging for someone to save me. I managed to unlock the door but before I could rush out, Kyle grabbed my waist so harshly and closed the door behind him.
I forced myself away from him, taking steps by steps backwards, not wanting to be near him. I was already bawling my eyes out at this point, hugging my arms, feeling disgusted at the sight of this man standing right in front of me as he slowly walked towards me.
"Stop...please....I beg you Kyle....please, just stop...." I pleaded to him as more and more tears rolled down on my cheeks. I kept on screaming for help, not caring about my throat that was now already hurting from all the screaming. I kept on backing away, until my back hit against the wall. He chuckled, as he finally stood directly in front of me.
"There's no one to save you Mia. Everyone's busy having fun downstairs. It's just you and me." He smirked as he slowly brushed the few strands of hair that was sticking on the side of my face, as he tugged it behind my ear.
I flinched at his touch. Turning my face away, not wanting to look into his eyes that were once genuine and warm looking. "Why are you doing this to me? I thought you were nice....I honestly thought you were the nice one..." I muttered out softly in between sobs.
"You thought Mia. How naive can you be?" He whispered before leaving trails of kisses down my jawline, towards my collarbones. He grabbed my waist hard, not giving me a chance to escape anymore.
At this point, I just went numb. I was honestly tired after what felt like hours of fighting against his strong force. After what felt like hours of screaming, and begging for someone to just come and save me. I stood still, crying and sobbing, while this man right here, the one whom I thought was once genuine, the guy that I trusted, takes advantage of me.
After what feels like hours of torture, someone barged into the room, leaving the door wide open. There was a guy standing by the door, to which I blinked my tears away, surprised to see that it was Elijah, but relieved, knowing that finally, someone came to the rescue.
Elijah came rushing towards Kyle, grabbing his shoulders and punching him hard, on the face. I heard Kyle cursing as he holds the side of his jaw where he was being punched at. My dress was now half ripped, looking far from what it originally was. Tears kept on streaming down my face as I watched Elijah, beating the hell out of Kyle who was almost left motionless. Realising that he might accidentally murder someone with the way that he was attacking Kyle, I quickly rushed towards them, standing in between, trying to break them off the fight and beatings that seemed endless.
Kyle tried to push me away, causing me to fall, hitting my head hard, on the side of the bed. I felt something warm dripping down my forehead. My vision was suddenly blurry, and the next thing I know, I blacked out.
