Chapter 2

Annie's POV:

A- what's going on?
Am- you're moving out
A- wait what?!
Am- it's for your own good Annie! You have fallen into this stage that I am tired of taking care of. You are going to a private school
A- so you are telling me that I am moving out to a private school?
Cal- we are sorry anns
A- when am I leaving?
Am- tonight
A- tonight?! You guys couldn't tell me sooner?
Cal- we just thought it would be best if we didn't tell you so you wouldn't run away
A- *sighs* I'm going to Will's
I grabbed my keys and walked out of the house. I got in my car and broke down. I punched my car horn several times. And left. You know I don't need to be stressing over this. It's only gonna be for a few months. Hopefully. Breathe Annie. Breathe. I tend to get bad anxiety so yay me. I drove up to Will's driveway. Will is your average jock. He goes to the same school as Caleb and Hayley. He is the same age as Caleb. Will and Caleb used to be best friends and then they stopped talking. Then I met him. I walked straight into his house and backed back and forth nervously.
W- Annie?
A- will!
W- what? What's going on?
A- oh no oh no
W- Annie. Calm. Shoulders down. Breathe
Will was always able to calm me down. That's why I trust him the most
A- my fucking family is kicking me out!
W- wait what?!
A- I'm leaving tonight
W- why are they just now telling you this?
A- they knew I was gonna sneak out
W- no no no Annie!
A- I fucked up Will!
W- no shit Annie! Where?
A- LA
W- that's so far!
A- I know! What am I going to do Will?
W- Annie
A- no will. You agree with them?
W- you're family is helping you Annie
A- helping me? Helping me? That's really funny. You are taking their side?!
W- Annie I don't want you to leave at all. You are my only best friend. Me and Caleb lost touch and you are the only one I can trust. I'm gonna miss you so much Annie.
A- I'm gonna miss you more
Will got up from the couch and hugged me. We stood there for a few hours probably. I'm gonna miss this boy so much. We both finally let go and had tears running down both our faces.
A- I have to go now Will
W- make sure to visit me okay?
A- I will and you make sure to visit me if I can't leave that hell hole
W- bye Annie
A- bye Will
I walked out of his door for the last time for a long time. I got in my car and drove back home.
H$- hey Annie
A- hey Hayley
H$- don't leave
A- Caleb and mom are making me
H$- I'm gonna miss you so much anns
A- I'm going to miss you to hay
Cal- Annie you ready? The stuff is packed in the car already
A- yeah I'm coming!
Hayley is 14. Her big sister is gonna be gone. She still has so much more to learn. Mom is always busy and brothers done even understand. I hugged Hayley for a very long time. One thing about me is I'm super short. I'm 5'2 everyone else in this family is like 5'8 and above. How did I get so short? I don't know? Soon I let go
H$- I love you Annie
A- I love you too. Bye hay
I walked out the door and got into the car and we drove off. LA here we come. I guess.
