Chapter 7

Annie's POV:
I got ready and went downstairs in the lobby. I saw Carson and Jayden so I went to them
C- hey Annie!
J- how was Hayden?
A- a little nicer I guess?
Johnny walked in. He had a black eye. The hell? What did Hayden do? I ran to Johnny
A- Johnny what happened?
Jo- I'm fine Annie
A- did Hayden do this?
Jo- *shrugs*
A- he's your best friend why would he do this?
Jo- it happens Annie
A- Johnny this isn't okay
Jo- the kiss was just a kiss and nothing else. You know we can't be anything
A- yeah I know
Jo- I got to go I will talk to you later
He walked off. The bell rang and it was time to go to class
End of the day
Finally! I haven't seen Hayden all day thank god. But I'm also gonna give him a peace of my mind. I barged into our dorm and saw him laying down. He had his body laid out like a starfish. He looks sad. Well I can't be mean now.
A- Hayden?
H- what? Oh it's you
A- are you okay?
H- yeah Annie I'm fine
A- you're obviously not. Don't think of me as your enemy tonight. Let's just talk
H- me and Tegan broke up
A- wait why?
H- she got jealous
A- of what?
H- *mumbles* you
A- what did you say?
H- she was jealous of you
A- what did I do?
H- became my new roommate
A- well that's not my fault. They choose for you
H- and that's what I told her then we got into this huge fight so I just broke up with her.
A- I'm so sorry Hayden this is all my fault
H- no it's not Annie stop blaming yourself you always do this. Even when we were younger

We spent the rest of the night talking. It felt nice. Just like old times. I told him that he is going to have to meet Will really soon. They would have the best friendship.
I didn't even notice the time. We both fell asleep! And I ended up in Hayden's bed?!?! How did that happen?! He had his arms around me and I guess I fell asleep on his chest. Oh shit. He woke up and he had the same reaction as me.

H- let's not tell anyone about this deal
A- deal

It was the weekend and we literally had nothing to do. I decided to change and curl my hair (look at the picture). I put on some natural makeup.

H- everyone is at Johnny and Carson's dorm want to come with me
A- uh yeah sure
He got up from his bed pushing his straight hair out of his face.
A- why don't you curl your hair anymore?
H- *shrugs*
A- you always looked cute with curls *smiles*
H- I guess my whole style changed when I left huh?
A- yeah I guess

We walked out and went to Johnny and Carson's dorm. Johnny and I are cool now. We know that if we dated it would cause a lot of conflict and it just didn't feel right. I don't really want to start a relationship over here. Hayden and I kept walking in our comfortable silence till we made it
