Chapter 9

Everyone was chilling by the pool. The Bellas were all sitting with the Trebles.

"I'm telling you guys, I went to middle school with Jesse. Why don't you believe me?!" Donald whined.

"Dude would you quit lying? We all know that you've never met him before this tour." Flo sighed.

"I'm serious. What's it gonna take for you to believe me?" Donald asked.

"Dude stop it. You never went to middle school with a celebrity." Bumper groaned.

Suddenly everyone heard a loud slash. Jesse was in the pool and his siblings were laughing their heads off. When they were done laughing Emily pushed Beca into the pool.

"Traitor!" Beca yelled as Emily walked away to the smoothie bar while chuckling like a maniac.

Beca and Jesse got out the pool. They looked at each other before nodding. They walked over to Emily and picked her up. Emily let out a loud shriek as they threw her into the pool.

"Why?!" Emily whined. She got out the pool and went back to the hotel to change her clothes.

"I gotta go to the bathroom." Stacie told her friends.

She walked into the hotel. She walked up in the direction of Emily's room. She knocked on the door and heard some shuffling before the door flew open.

"Hey, you're soaking wet. What happened?" Stacie smirked.

"That's not funny." Emily frowned.

"It's a little bit funny." Stacie smiled before pecking Emily's lips.

"Whatever." Emily smiled as she pulled Stacie into the room.

Stacie sat on the bed as Emily went to dry her hair and get a new outfit. She came out with jean shorts and a black tank top.

"You look cute." Stacie smiled as Emily walked towards her.

"I could say the same for you." Emily smiled.

Stacie smiled and pulled Emily onto her. They laid on the bed for a few minutes before Stacie grabbed Emily's phone and turn on the music.

"Dance with me?" Stacie offered her hand to the girl who gladly took it.

They danced for a while. Stacie would twirl Emily around a few times. When a slow song came up Stacie pulled Emily into her. She held Emily's waist and Emily folded her arms around her neck.

As soon as the song was over they walked back to the pool. They walked over to the smoothie bar and got something to drink.

The Bellas and the Trebles were watching the two like hawks.

"Seriously that girl's got game." Cynthia said looking at Stacie.

"How on earth did she find a way charm such a celebrity?" Flo shook her head.

At that moment one of the bar tenders walked over to Aubrey and gave her a drink and a note.

"What's it say?" Chloe asked.

Aubrey shrugged and read the note. It read 'Of all the people who pushed me into a pool, you're by far the cutest ;-)'

"You pushed someone into a pool?" Amy asked from behind the girl. She was looking over her shoulder to read the note.

"Who I push into pools is none of your business." Aubrey said defensively.

"Okay?" Amy nodded.

Aubrey took her smoothie and walked off making everyone look at her like she lost her mind.

"What's up with her?" Benji asked.

"We have no idea anymore." Chloe said while shaking her head.

"Maybe she has a boyfriend or something." Bumper shrugged.

"I'm starting to think that too. Maybe it's that 'JEM' guy." Chloe said.

"Who's that?" Benji asked.

"He sent Aubrey a note back in England. We're starting to think they're dating." Flo answered.

"Jesse Edward Mitchell." Donald mumbled.

"It can't be him. Aubrey thinks all superstars a major jerks. She would never date him." Chloe said.

"Then who the hell is it?" Bumper asked.

"Maybe one of the tech guys. All I know is Aubrey will never date a celebrity." Chloe said.

Meanwhile Aubrey and Jesse were on a balcony holding hands and talking about useless stuff.

"Thanks for the smoothie and note. It was cute." Aubrey smiled.

"Not as cute as you." Jesse smiled and kissed Aubrey on the cheek.

"Honestly when I met you I thought you were like any other guy with riches. I thought all you did was play with people's emotions, but now.... " Aubrey trailed off.

"But now you think I'm a ZOMBIE ALIEN." Jesse said jokingly making the blonde laugh.

"You're ridiculous! I was gonna say now I think you're a great guy." Aubrey smiled.

"I'm so glad you don't think I'm a zombie alien." Jesse sighed. "I'm also glad that I'm in your good graces.

Aubrey smiled at the boy. They stayed like that for a few minutes before going back down to the pool. The Bellas were gone. They wanted to take a few photos.

"The Bellas wanna know who 'JEM' is, but they can't seem to figure it out. Then they claim to be your biggest fans." Aubrey rolled her eyes.

"They figure it out at some point." Jesse chuckled as they sat down next to each other.

Chloe unlike the other Bellas was taking photos with Beca. They had gotten dressed and went out to explore the places they couldn't go with the bus.

They were currently looking at a market that sold an assortment of flowers. While Chloe was distracted by the different types of flowers, Beca bought her some.

"Flowers for the lady." Beca said said giving the redhead the flowers.

"OMG they're so beautiful!" Chloe gushed.

"I think I figured that out when you looked at them for almost three minutes." Beca smirked.

"Thank you." Chloe smiled and kissed Beca's cheek.

Beca smiled and took Chloe's hand. They took a few more selfies before continuing to explore.

Once they were done they went to get a drink before heading back to the hotel.

On the way back Chloe was talking about her love for animals and Beca told her about Duke, Billie and Tupac. She also stressed that she still didn't understand why she's the only one who doesn't get the name.

"Just let your sister have her fun. She deserves it since you and Jesse named the dogs." Chloe shrugged.

"We named the dogs because she wanted to name them Brother and Sister." Beca said.

"Brother and Sister?" Chloe raised an eyebrow.

"From The Berenstain Bears." Beca rolled her eyes and Chloe chuckled.

"Okay, maybe you naming the dogs wasn't such a bad idea after all." Chloe said and Beca nodded. "You think?"

Once they got back to the hotel they went to Chloe's room to talk a bit more.
