Chapter 12

"Have you guys figured out who will be helping finish the show?" Katherine asked.

"We couldn't chose, so Emily came with an ideas to make it like a riff off. We'll mash different songs together. The Bellas and Trebles won't use instruments and the others will. Then when they're done with that we'll start to sing ending the show." Beca explained.

"That seems like it could actually work." Katherine nodded.

"Yep, now if you'd excuse us. We still have to rehearse." Beca said before the siblings left for the huge stage that was set up near the hotel.

In Aubrey's hotel room the Bellas were busy having snacks and chatting really loudly. They were mostly talking about all the fun they had on the tour.

"I took so many photos I think phone ran out of space a week ago." Chloe smiled as she looked at the photos.

"I wish this tour wouldn't have to end!" Stacie sighed.

"So you could spend more time with your little girlfriend?" Cynthia smirked and Stacie blushed.

"We still deserve an explanation. How the hell did you even get this close?" Flo asked.

"When you guys left me behind in England I bumped into her, we talked, she took me to a bakery, we almost kissed, we walked back to the hotel then went to our separate rooms." Stacie shrugged looking away from her friends.

"Aw that's so cute." Chloe gushed.

"You have to tell us how you and Beca got so close." Cynthia told the girl.

"That's simple, when Beca was waiting for Emily after Stacie took her on a date I asked her to take a walk with me." Chloe answered then everyone looked at Aubrey who wasn't really paying attention.

She realized that everyone was staring at her then raised an eyebrow. "What? Do I have something on my face?"

"No you don't." Stacie answered.

"Then was is everyone looking at me?"

"We just wanna know how you of all people started falling for a major celebrity." Chloe told the girl.

"I wouldn't say I fell for him." Aubrey said.

"Which ever way you put it, you and Jesse are like a couple. We just wanna know how it happened." Amy said.

"Maybe it started when I pushed him in the pool?" Aubrey shrugged.

"Damn Aubrey I knew you didn't like celebrities and all, but I didn't think you'd push him in a pool." Amy said.

"It was an accident. You had ditched me for Bumper, so I went to look for one of the others but I wasn't looking where I was going and accidentally pushed him into the pool." Aubrey explained.

"Was it really an accident?" Cynthia raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, what do you take me for?" Aubrey asked and the girl shrugged.

"So what's the plan?" Flo asked.

"What plan?" Aubrey raised an eyebrow.

"Well after the concert we have to go back to our normal lives. We have to leave and they stay here. What's the plan of staying in touch?" Flo raised an eyebrow.

"I don't know. I didn't even think about that." Aubrey whispered and Chloe along with Stacie frowned.

"Well maybe you should think about it before we have to leave." Cynthia told the three girls.

There was knock on the door and Lilly got up to answer it. Bumper, Benji and Donald walked in.

"Can you girls help us get Donald to shut up? He keeps talking about the school he went to with Jesse and how the entire class used to play near the skate park." Benji said annoyed.

"How are we supposed to make him shut up?" Chloe asked.

"Aubrey can give him that mean look that always makes every Treble stop talking." Bumper suggested and Aubrey glared at him.

"That look right there." Benji pouted at the blonde's face.

"Can you idiots go bother someone else about this? Some of us have actual problems to worry about." Aubrey sighed.

"Figuring out a way to stay in touch with your little boyfriend is not a real problem." Bumper said making Aubrey throw a pillow at him.

"Okay we'll leave, there's no need to get violent." Bumper said before pulling Benji and Donald out the room.

"I still don't get what you see in that idiot." Aubrey told Amy who shrugged.

"You and me both." Amy said.

After finishing off their snacks they went out for some fresh air. An hour later they had to go rehearse the new song they had to perform with all the other groups.

It was pretty simple so it was easy for everyone to get it right. They rehearsed for about three hours before going back to the hotel. Before going into the hotel Aubrey, Chloe and Stacie pulled each member of Dynamic away from the crowd.

They all talked about pretty much the same thing. Each voicing out their concerns.

"Don't worry. I promise I'll think of a plan." Jesse told Aubrey.

"Actually I've thought of my own plan." Aubrey told the boy.

"What is it?" Jesse smiled.

"We go our separate ways. Our relationship was never meant to last Jesse. You're a superstar and I'm a normal person. We were never meant to be." Aubrey said before kissing his cheek and walking away.

Chloe had said the same thing to Beca. Chloe and Aubrey both believed that the stats were against them, so they thought it better to end things even if it hurt.

Stacie on the other hand was sitting on a bench with Emily trying to figure things out. Emily was the first person she felt like she was capable of loving, and she didn't wanna let her go.

"Promise we'll find a solution before the end of the tour?" Stacie asked the younger brunette.

"Promise." Emily smiled.

They looked over their options for a few minutes before going to their rooms.

The concert being in two days didn't make it easy to come up with a solution but both girls were determined to find one.

Chloe and Aubrey on the other hand were in their own rooms trying not to think about Beca and Jesse.
