The Last Sip

It suppose to be prestigous, it suppose to be a day that shouldn't I run off. When my name summoned by rector, everyone clapping, cheerfully revoke my nerve for makeshift. I smile as pass on the crowded, straighten over platforms with a pride.

Mr. Peter McNary sending me smile in satisfaction, flicking graduation medal around my neck. He whispers during rectify my hat to immobilize as perfect as early. "You are my best scholar."

I smile softly to the great teacher ever in my life as states miserably since I'd miss him so much. "Thank you for being a great teacher and kind parent at college." I hug him as others chirrup, taken by our forlorn seperation. He pats my back as rise my hands towards everyone. Tears stream over when Peter declare my achievement. "Congratulation, Mrs. Lily Monroe for achieving appelation as summa cum laude!"

Claps welcomed suddenly, fluttering my heart in chipper. I wave my hands after graduators cooed, roaming to congratulate me . I merely smile gratefully as bow. Beholden to my friends, councils and other participants. "Thank you, thank you so much." I exclaim, slid off over the platform with radiant clinging on my face.

Flocks comerads come after me, we talk so much during our last day at college. We will be separated, probably this day is our last. In order to, we laugh as much as we could. Spending time with many jokes during classes and many more. Someone taps my shoulder as I dart my gaze instantly.

"Congratulation Lily, my best friend." Beautiful girl shows up, smiling widely as I hug her, longing this person earnest.

"Lucy, you too. Oh my, you are so gorgeous, look at you fit in with this attire." I laugh as bobbing my head, figure out her parents and her boyfriend surely.

"Oh no, but you are flawless like ever." She notes, pinpoint her families after sensing the curiosity of mine.

"Wow, your family's members all come, how hunky." I wave my hands accross Lucy's mother as she does the same with a virtual kiss. I giggle as glance at her yet.

"My family is yours too." Lucy touches my back, tilt her head surrounding, "I didn't catch an eye with Ian, where is he?"

Her question bring me back to frigid. My cheekbones up sternly, Ian is omitting evidences for whole day. Dizziness bitting me all off sudden, however I try to get rid.
"He said he can't leave his job this morning, but he promised to come sooner."

Lucy mumbles, nevertheless my concentration fleeing back  onto bloodshed tragedy last night. She flourishes her hands as I awake from randomly mind. "Are you okay? You look flustered."

Tucking ringlets to my back ear as I say attempting for soothing her, convincing. "Nothing, I merely can't believe, finally this notable day come in."

She nods agree, "Me too, graduation always waking me up from slumber, we getting old anyways. I never ready to be a nana." Lucy grimaces and laughs. Our laughter chanting together, Lucy creates my stomach in ache. I hope our fraternity never abondened, forever.

"Lily.."

"Lily.."

"Hey, hey, he called you." Lucy taps my shoulder, subsides her laughter as defusing mine too. She quirks her brows. "Do you know him?"

Bobbing a head, I frown deeply , someone who unexpectedly to departure, finally appear. "Hey h-how can you.." Baffling by his presence, "come?"

Lucy seems flirted for a while, "You never mentioned have handsome kin before." She waggles her brows as I glare at her.

"Umm, I thought my attendance bothering you, I jus-" His word cut by Lucy's slurr.

"Nah, I'll leave anyways, but.." Lucy bites her bottom lips. "Are you her kin or her young boyfriend?" Yet I flame her my death gaze. "I was asking Lily , in case not true I could.." Lucy hangs on.
